Description

The present invention relates to an accessory mounting fixture and an accessory mounting structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to an accessory mounting fixture and an accessory mounting structure used when mounting an accessory to a wall.

Conventionally, various accessories have been attached to walls. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a downspout support for attaching a downspout, which is an accessory, to a wall. This downspout support comprises a downspout support main body that supports the downspout, and a mounting foot. The mounting foot is placed on the wall surface, and is fixed to the wall by driving a screw into the wall from the front of the mounting foot. The downspout support main body is attached by hooking it onto the mounting foot fixed to the wall. The downspout is then held by the downspout support main body and supported by the downspout support, and is attached to the front of the wall.

However, with the downspout support fixtures described above, the mounting feet are fixed to the wall by driving screws from the front, which poses a problem: the fixing position of the mounting feet is visible on the wall surface.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned reasons, and aims to provide an accessory mounting fixture that does not expose a fixed position on a wall surface, and an accessory mounting structure equipped with the fixture.

According to one aspect of the present invention, an accessory attachment fixture is for attaching an accessory to the front of a wall surface including an upper wall member and a lower wall member arranged in an armored configuration. The accessory attachment fixture includes a mounting portion to which the accessory is attached and a fixing portion fixed to the rear of the upper wall member. The fixing portion has a hanger portion that hooks onto a fixing device that fixes the lower wall member to a wall substrate located behind the wall surface.

An accessory mounting structure according to one aspect of the present invention includes a wall surface portion having a plurality of wall members and the accessory mounting fixture. The plurality of wall members include upper and lower wall members arranged in an armored configuration. The mounting portion of the accessory mounting fixture is located in front of the wall surface portion, and an accessory is mounted thereon. The fixing portion of the accessory mounting fixture is fixed behind the upper wall member with the hanger portion hooked onto the fixing fixture .

The present invention has the advantage that the fixing position of the accessory mounting fixture is not visible on the wall surface.

(Embodiment 1)
1A and 1B, the accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment is for attaching an accessory X to the front of a wall surface portion 11 including an upper wall material 1a and a lower wall material 1b arranged in an armor-like configuration. The accessory attachment fixture 2 includes an attachment portion 21 to which the accessory X is attached, and a fixing portion 22 that is fixed behind the upper wall material 1a.

As shown in Figures 1A and 1B, the mounting structure 100 for accessory X in this embodiment comprises a wall surface portion 11 having multiple wall materials 1, and an accessory mounting fixture 2. The multiple wall materials 1 include upper wall materials 1a and lower wall materials 1b arranged in an armor-like configuration. The mounting portion 21 of the accessory mounting fixture 2 is located in front of the wall surface portion 11, and the accessory X is mounted thereon. The fixing portion 22 of the accessory mounting fixture 2 is fixed behind the upper wall material 1a.

In this embodiment, "forward" refers to the direction facing outdoors. Therefore, the front of the wall surface portion 11 refers to the direction from the wall surface portion 11 facing outdoors. "Rear" refers to the opposite direction of forward, facing indoors. Front and rear together are referred to as the "front-to-rear direction." Furthermore, "upward" refers to the vertically upward direction, and "downward" refers to the vertically downward direction. Upward and downward together are referred to as the "vertical direction." Note that in this embodiment, the vertical direction does not refer to the vertical direction in the strict sense, but also includes a direction that is approximately vertical. Furthermore, a direction perpendicular to both the front-to-rear direction and the vertical direction is referred to as the left direction, and the opposite direction of the left direction is referred to as the right direction, and the left direction and the right direction together are referred to as the "left-to-right direction."

In addition, with the attachment structure for accessory X in this embodiment, the fixing position of the fixing part 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a (on the indoor side), so the fixing position of the fixing part 22 does not appear on the wall surface part 11. Therefore, the appearance of the wall surface part 11 when viewed from the front is unlikely to be marred by the fixing of the fixing part 22.

Figure 1A shows a pre-installation type accessory fixture 2. A pre-installation type accessory fixture 2 is installed in the middle of sequentially installing multiple wall materials 1 to form the wall surface portion 11. Figure 1B shows a post-installation type accessory fixture 2. A post-installation type accessory fixture 2 is installed after sequentially installing multiple wall materials 1 to form the wall surface portion 11. In either type of accessory fixture 2, the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is located behind the upper wall material 1a of the vertically adjacent wall materials 1, and the mounting portion 21 is located in front of the wall surface portion 11.

Fig. 2A shows the accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment. Fig. 2B shows the accessory attachment fixture 2 of Fig. 2A in an installed state. Fig. 2B is an enlarged view of a portion of Fig. 1A.

The accessory attachment fixture 2 in this embodiment is a pre-attached type. The accessory attachment fixture 2 has an attachment portion 21 and a fixing portion 22. The attachment portion 21 is the portion to which the accessory X is attached. The fixing portion 22 is the portion fixed to the wall base 12 or the wall material 1 (lower wall material 1b) behind the wall material 1 (upper wall material 1a). When the accessory X is a downspout, the accessory attachment fixture 2 is formed as a downspout holder. The accessory attachment fixture 2 is formed from a metal such as stainless steel, but may also be formed from a molded plastic part.

The mounting portion 21 has a holding portion 211 and a support portion 212. The holding portion 211 is the portion that holds the accessory X. Therefore, the shape of the holding portion 211 can be set appropriately depending on the external shape of the accessory X, and if the accessory X is a downspout, the holding portion 211 can be formed in a ring shape in a plan view (viewed from above). The support portion 212 is a portion that supports the holding portion 211 at a predetermined distance from the wall surface portion 11. The support portion 212 is formed in a strip shape in a plan view. The support portion 212 protrudes rearward from the rear surface of the holding portion 211. Therefore, the front end of the support portion 212 is connected to the rear surface of the holding portion 211, and the holding portion 211 is positioned in front of the support portion 212.

The fixing portion 22 is fixed to the wall material 1 and/or the wall base 12, and the accessory attachment fixture 2 can be installed by fixing the fixing portion 22. The fixing portion 22 is formed in a strip shape when viewed from the front. The fixing portion 22 has an extension portion 220, a locking portion 222, and a fastening portion 221.

The lower end of the extension 220 is connected to the rear end of the support portion 212 of the mounting portion 21. The extension 220 protrudes diagonally upward and rearward from the rear end of the support portion 212. The extension 220 is tilted rearward relative to the up-down direction, and the angle of inclination of the extension 220 is approximately the same as the angle of inclination of the wall material 1, which will be described later.

The locking portion 222 is the portion that secures the fixed portion 22 to the wall material 1. Therefore, the locking portion 222 serves as the fixed position for the fixed portion 22. The locking portion 222 protrudes rearward at a substantially right angle from the upper end of the extension portion 220. Therefore, the locking portion 222 is tilted diagonally downward relative to the up-down direction. The length by which the locking portion 222 protrudes from the extension portion 220 is approximately equal to the thickness of the wall material 1.

The fastening portion 221 is the portion that secures the fixing portion 22 to the wall base 12. Therefore, the fastening portion 221 serves as the fixing position for the fixing portion 22. That is, in this embodiment, the fixing portion 22 has two fixing portions: the locking portion 222 and the fastening portion 221. The fastening portion 221 protrudes upward from the rear end of the locking portion 222. Therefore, the fastening portion 221 is approximately parallel to the up-down direction, but is tilted diagonally forward relative to the locking portion 222. The fastening portion 221 has a hole 24 that penetrates in the thickness direction (front-to-back direction).

<Wall portion 11>
As shown in Fig. 2B, the wall surface portion 11 constitutes an exterior wall on which the accessory mounting fixture 2 is provided. The wall surface portion 11 is provided in front of a wall base 12 such as a vertical furring strip. The wall surface portion 11 is formed by arranging a plurality of wall materials 1 in an armor-like manner.

The wall material 1 is, for example, a ceramic siding material, and is formed in the shape of a flat rectangular plate extending in the left-right direction. Multiple wall materials 1 are arranged side by side in the vertical and left-right directions. Vertically adjacent wall materials 1 are arranged in an armor-like configuration. That is, of the vertically adjacent wall materials 1, approximately the upper half of the lower wall material 1b located on the lower side and approximately the lower half of the upper wall material 1a located on the upper side are overlapped in the front-to-back direction, so that the upper wall material 1a and the lower wall material 1b are installed in an armor-like configuration. In this case, approximately the lower half of the upper wall material 1a is located forward of approximately the upper half of the lower wall material 1b, and approximately the upper half of the lower wall material 1b is covered by approximately the lower half of the upper wall material 1a. Horizontally adjacent wall materials 1 are arranged with their side edges abutting each other.

The wall materials 1 are arranged in a staggered pattern. That is, the butt portions of the upper wall materials 1a adjacent to each other in the left-right direction and the butt portions of the lower wall materials 1b adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are not aligned in a straight line in the vertical direction, but are offset from each other in the left-right direction. The two butt portions are offset by approximately half the left-right dimension of the wall materials 1. Therefore, approximately half of the lower part of one upper wall material 1a overlaps approximately half of the upper parts of two lower wall materials 1b adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. Each wall material 1 is fixed to the wall base 12 with fasteners such as nails or screws. The wall materials 1 arranged in a staggered pattern are arranged at an incline in the front-to-back direction because adjacent wall materials 1 partially overlap each other in the vertical direction. That is, the wall materials 1 are arranged at an incline with their lower ends positioned forward of their upper ends. <Construction structure of accessory mounting fixtures 2>
As shown in FIG. 2B , the accessory attachment fixture 2 is installed with the attachment portion 21 positioned in front of the wall surface portion 11. The fixing portion 22 of the accessory attachment fixture 2 is fixed to the rear of the upper wall material 1a, which is one of the upper and lower wall materials 1a and 1b that are adjacent to each other. In this embodiment, the fixing portion 22 is fixed at two positions: the locking portion 222 and the fastening portion 221. The locking portion 222 is hooked onto the upper end portion (upper end surface) 111 of the lower wall material 1b. The fastening portion 221 is fixed to the wall base 12 above the lower wall material 1b. To fix the fastening portion 221, the fastening portion 221 is positioned on the front surface of the wall base 12, and a fastener 13 such as a screw or nail is driven in through the hole 24 from the front.

Because the accessory fixture 2 in this embodiment is a pre-attached type, the accessory fixture 2 is also installed while multiple wall materials 1 are being installed. That is, after the lower wall material 1b is fixed to the wall base 12, the accessory fixture 2 is then fixed, and then the upper wall material 1a is fixed to the wall base 12. Therefore, when the locking portion 222 and the fastening portion 221 are fixed as described above, the upper wall material 1a is not fixed, and the fastening portion 221 can be fixed to the wall base 12 and the locking portion 222 to the lower wall material 1b from the front of the lower wall material 1b. Then, after the fastening portion 221 and the locking portion 222 are fixed, the upper wall material 1a is positioned and fixed to the wall base 12 so that these fixing positions are hidden behind the upper wall material 1a. At this time, the extension portion 220 of the accessory mounting fixture 2 is positioned in the gap 112 between the rear surface of the upper wall material 1a and the front surface of the lower wall material 1b. The lower portion of the extension portion 220 protrudes diagonally downward from the lower opening 113 of the gap 112. The support portion 212 of the mounting portion 21 is located below the upper wall material 1a, and the holding portion 211 is positioned at the front end of the support portion 212.

In this embodiment, the fixed positions of the fixing portions 22, i.e., the fixed positions of the locking portions 222 and the fastening portions 221, are located behind the upper wall material 1a and are hidden. As a result, the fixed positions of the fixing portions 22 are not visible on the wall surface portion 11 (the front surface of the wall surface portion 11). Therefore, the appearance of the wall surface portion 11 is less likely to be marred by the fixation of the fixing portions 22.

Furthermore, the fastening portion 221 can be fixed by hooking the locking portion 222 onto the upper end portion 111 of the lower wall material 1b, making it easier to fix the fastening portion 221 and install the accessory mounting fixture 2.

(Modification)
The first embodiment is merely one of various embodiments of the present disclosure. The first embodiment can be modified in various ways depending on the design and the like as long as the object of the present disclosure can be achieved.

In the first embodiment, the accessory X is a downspout and the accessory attachment device 2 is a downspout holder, but this is not limited to this. For example, the accessory X can be an air conditioner duct, an awning, or other item that is retrofitted to a wall, and the accessory attachment device 2 can be modified in shape as needed depending on how the accessory X is held.

In embodiment 1, the wall surface portion 11 constitutes the exterior wall of a building, but this is not limiting, and the wall surface portion 11 may also constitute an indoor wall (interior wall) of a building.

In the first embodiment, the wall material 1 is described as a ceramic siding material, but this is not limiting. The wall material 1 may also be a fiber cement board, metal siding material, wood board, or other material typically used as a siding material for buildings.

In the first embodiment, a flat plate-shaped wall material 1 was described, but this is not limited to this, and the wall material 1 may also be a rectangular plate-shaped wall material with an uneven pattern on the front surface.

(Embodiment 2)
The accessory attachment fixture 2 according to this embodiment differs from the accessory attachment fixture 2 according to the first embodiment in the configuration of the fixing portion 22 .

Hereinafter, components similar to those in embodiment 1 will be assigned the same reference numerals and descriptions will be omitted where appropriate.

The configuration described in embodiment 2 can be applied in appropriate combination with the configuration described in embodiment 1 (including modified examples).

As shown in Figure 3A, the accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment, like that of embodiment 1, has a fixing portion 22 and an attachment portion 21. The fixing portion 22 has an extension portion 220, a locking portion 222, and a fastening portion 221, with the extension portion 220 and the fastening portion 221 being formed as a common portion. That is, the extension portion 220 has the support portion 212 of the attachment portion 21 connected to its lower end and the locking portion 222 formed at its upper end, with the extension portion 220 also serving as the fastening portion 221. Therefore, a hole 24 is formed in the extension portion 220 that penetrates in the thickness direction.

Because the accessory fixture 2 in this embodiment is a pre-attached type, it is installed while multiple wall materials 1 are being installed. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B , after the lower wall material 1b is positioned in front of the wall base 12, the engaging portion 222 is hooked onto the upper end (upper end surface) 111 of the lower wall material 1b and fixed in place. The extension portion 220 is then positioned along the front surface of the lower wall material 1b, and a fastener 13, such as a screw, is driven into the hole 24 from the front. This fastener 13 penetrates the lower wall material 1b in the front-to-rear direction and reaches the wall base 12. Therefore, the lower wall material 1b and the accessory fixture 2 are fixed to the wall base 12 by the fastener 13. The upper wall material 1a is then fixed to the wall base 12. Then, after fixing the extension portion 220 (fastening portion 221) and the locking portion 222, the upper wall material 1a is positioned and fixed to the wall base 12 so that these fixing positions are hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

In this embodiment, the same fastener 13 is used to fasten the lower wall material 1b to the wall base 12 and the fixing portion 22, thereby reducing the number of parts and labor required for the fixing work. Furthermore, pilot holes (semi-through holes) are provided in the lower wall material 1b at the positions where the fixing portions 22 are to be driven, and the driving positions of the fixing portions 22 are predetermined. Therefore, the fixing positions of the fixing portions 22 are also determined by the driving positions of the fixing portions 13, making it easy to position the accessory attachment fixture 2.

(Embodiment 3)
The accessory attachment fixture 2 according to this embodiment differs from the accessory attachment fixture 2 according to the first or second embodiment in that it is provided with two members, a mounting member 31 and a fixing member 32 .

Hereinafter, components similar to those in embodiments 1 and 2 will be designated by the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted where appropriate.

The configuration described in embodiment 3 can be applied in appropriate combination with the configuration described in embodiment 1 or 2 (including modified examples).

The accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment includes a fixing member 32 shown in Figures 4A-4D and an attachment member 31 shown in Figures 5A and 5B.

As shown in Figures 4A-4C, the fixing member 32 has a fixing portion 22 and a support piece 5. The fixing portion 22 has an extension portion 220 and a fastening portion 221, with the extension portion 220 and fastening portion 221 being formed from a common portion. The extension portion 220 (fastening portion 221) is formed in a rectangular plate shape and is provided with a hole 24 that penetrates through it in the thickness direction (front-to-back direction). The support piece 5 is formed in a rectangular plate shape and protrudes forward from the lower end of the extension portion 220. A slit 51 extending in the left-right direction is formed in the support piece 5. The slit 51 penetrates through the support piece 5 in the thickness direction (up-down direction).

Figure 4D shows another example of a fixing member 32. In the fixing member 32 of Figure 4A, the left-right dimension of the extension 220 is the same as the left-right dimension of the support piece 5, but in the fixing member 32 of Figure 4D, the left-right dimension of the extension 220 is smaller than the left-right dimension of the support piece 5. In other words, the left-right dimension of the extension 220 of the fixing member 32 of Figure 4D is smaller than the left-right dimension of the extension 220 of the fixing member 32 of Figure 4A.

As shown in Figures 5A and 5B, the mounting member 31 has a mounting portion 21. The mounting portion 21 has a holding portion 211 and a support portion 212. The holding portion 211 is formed in a ring shape in a plan view (viewed from above). The support portion 212 is formed in a strip shape in a plan view. The support portion 212 protrudes rearward from the rear surface of the holding portion 211. The support portion 212 has a connecting hole 27 that penetrates in the thickness direction (vertical direction).

The accessory attachment device 2 can be formed by assembling the fixing member 32 and the mounting member 31 into a single unit using the fastening member 33. The fastening member 33 includes a bolt 331 and a nut 332. The fastening member 33 connects the support piece 5 of the fixing member 32 to the support portion 212 of the mounting member 31. That is, the support piece 5 of the fixing member 32 and the support portion 212 of the mounting member 31 are stacked vertically, the slit 51 is aligned with the connecting hole 27, the bolt 331 is inserted into the slit 51 and the connecting hole 27, and the nut 332 is then tightened onto the bolt 331. This connects the support piece 5 and the support portion 212, and the fixing member 32 and the mounting member 31 are integrated.

The accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment has a slit 51 that extends in the left-right direction. Therefore, the position of the fastening member 33 can be changed within the slit 51, and therefore the left-right position of the attachment member 31 relative to the fixing member 32 can be changed.

In this embodiment, the accessory attachment fixture 2 is a pre-attached type, so it is installed while multiple wall materials 1 are being installed. That is, as shown in FIG. 5C , after the lower wall material 1b is positioned in front of the wall base 12, the extension 220 is placed along the front surface of the lower wall material 1b, and fasteners 13, such as screws, are driven into the holes 24 from the front. These fasteners 13 penetrate the lower wall material 1b in the front-to-rear direction and reach the wall base 12. Therefore, the lower wall material 1b and the accessory attachment fixture 2 are fixed to the wall base 12 by the fasteners 13. After this, the upper wall material 1a is fixed to the wall base 12. After the extension 220 (fastening portion 221) and the locking portion 222 are fixed, the upper wall material 1a is positioned and fixed to the wall base 12 so that these fixing positions are hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

The accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment can be installed with the fixing member 32 and the mounting member 31 integrated. The accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment can also be installed with the fixing member 32 and the mounting member 31 separated. That is, after only the fixing member 32 is attached in advance as described above, the support portion 212 can be connected to the support piece 5 protruding forward from the wall surface portion 11 with the fastening member 33, and the mounting member 31 can be attached later. This increases the degree of freedom in installing the accessory attachment fixture 2, making installation easier.

(Embodiment 4)
The accessory attachment fixture 2 according to this embodiment differs from the accessory attachment fixtures 2 according to the first to third embodiments in the configuration of the fixing portion 22.

Hereinafter, components similar to those in embodiments 1 to 3 will be assigned the same reference numerals and descriptions will be omitted where appropriate.

The configuration described in embodiment 4 can be applied in appropriate combination with the configurations described in embodiments 1 to 3 (including modified examples).

As shown in FIG. 6A, the accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment, like that of embodiment 1, includes a fixing portion 22 and an attachment portion 21. The fixing portion 22 has an extension portion 220, a locking portion 222, and an adhesive portion 223, with the extension portion 220 and adhesive portion 223 being formed as a common portion. That is, the extension portion 220 has the support portion 212 of the attachment portion 21 connected to its lower end and has the locking portion 222 formed at its upper end, with the extension portion 220 also serving as the adhesive portion 223. Note that with the accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment, if the fixing portion 22 is sufficiently fixed by the locking portion 222, the adhesive portion 223 is not necessary.

The locking portion 222 is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate, and is shorter than the vertical dimension of the extension portion 220, with a width dimension equal to the horizontal dimension of the extension portion 220. The locking portion 222 protrudes diagonally downward and rearward from the upper end of the extension portion 220. The angle between the front surface of the locking portion 222 and the rear surface of the extension portion 220 is an acute angle. The upper end of the locking portion 222 is formed so as to bend from the upper end of the extension portion 220. The fixing portion 22 is formed so that the locking portion 222 can elastically deform with respect to the extension portion 220. In other words, when a force is applied to move the locking portion 222 toward the extension portion 220, with the upper end of the locking portion 222 as a fulcrum, the vicinity of the upper end of the locking portion 222 elastically deforms. Furthermore, when the force moving the locking portion 222 toward the extension portion 220 is removed, the area near the upper end of the locking portion 222 deforms to return to its original state (the state before the force was applied), and the locking portion 222 separates from the extension portion 220.

In this embodiment, the accessory attachment fixture 2 is a retrofit type, so it is installed after the installation of multiple wall materials 1. As shown in Figure 6B, when multiple wall materials 1 are installed in an armor-like configuration, approximately half of the vertically adjacent upper and lower wall materials 1a and 1b face each other in the front-to-back direction. In other words, the rear surface of approximately half of the lower part of upper wall material 1a faces the front surface of approximately half of the upper part of lower wall material 1b, forming a gap 112 between these facing surfaces.

The accessory attachment fixture 2 is then fixed by inserting the adhesive portion 223 (extension portion 220) of the fixing portion 22 into the gap 112 and bonding it with adhesive 4. When inserting the adhesive portion 223 into the gap 112, uncured adhesive 4 is first applied to the adhesive portion 223. The adhesive 4 is applied to the rear surface of the adhesive portion 223, but when bonding the rear surface of the upper wall material 1a and the adhesive portion 223, the adhesive 4 is applied to the front surface of the adhesive portion 223.

Next, with the locking portion 222 brought close to the extension portion 220 and elastically deformed, the fixing portion 22 (locking portion 222 and extension portion 220) is inserted from the upper end into the gap 112 through the lower opening 113. Therefore, the fixing portion 22 has a thickness that allows it to be inserted into the gap 112 with the locking portion 222 brought close to the extension portion 220 and elastically deformed.

When the fixing portion 22 is inserted into the gap 112 from below toward above, the lower end of the locking portion 222 reaches a position higher than the upper end 111 of the lower wall material 1b. This eliminates the pressure on the locking portion 222 from the front surface of the lower wall material 1b, causing the locking portion 222 to deform in a direction away from the extension portion 220. As a result, the lower end of the locking portion 222 comes into contact with the upper end (upper end surface) 111 of the lower wall material 1b, and the locking portion 222 becomes hooked onto the upper end 111 of the lower wall material 1b. Furthermore, the adhesive portion 223 is located on the front surface of the lower wall material 1b within the gap 112, and is adhered to the front surface of the lower wall material 1b by the hardened adhesive 4. In this way, the fixing portion 22 is fixed to the lower wall material 1b behind the upper wall material 1a by the hooking of the locking portion 222 and the adhesion of the adhesive portion 223, and the accessory mounting fixture 2 can be installed so that the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

In this embodiment, because it is a retrofit type, the attachment position of the accessory attachment fixture 2 can be determined after the wall surface portion 11 is formed, increasing the degree of freedom in the attachment position of the accessory attachment fixture 2 and improving workability.

(Embodiment 5)
The accessory attachment fixture 2 according to this embodiment differs from the accessory attachment fixtures 2 according to the first to fourth embodiments in the configuration of the fixing portion 22.

Hereinafter, components similar to those in embodiments 1 to 4 will be assigned the same reference numerals and descriptions will be omitted where appropriate.

The configuration described in embodiment 5 can be applied in appropriate combination with the configurations described in embodiments 1 to 4 (including modified examples).

As shown in FIG. 7A, the accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment, like that of embodiment 1, comprises a fixed portion 22 and an attachment portion 21. The fixed portion 22 has an extension portion 220 and an adhesive portion 223, with the extension portion 220 and adhesive portion 223 forming a common portion. That is, the extension portion 220 has the support portion 212 of the attachment portion 21 connected to its lower end, and this extension portion 220 also serves as the adhesive portion 223. The adhesive portion 223 has a communication hole 25 that penetrates through it in the thickness direction (front-to-back direction). A plurality of communication holes 25 are provided and lined up in the extension direction (up-down direction) of the adhesive portion 223.

In this embodiment, the accessory attachment fixture 2 is a retrofit type, so it is installed after multiple wall materials 1 have been installed. As shown in Figure 7B, when multiple wall materials 1 are installed in an armor-like configuration, the rear surface of approximately the lower half of the upper wall material 1a faces the front surface of approximately the upper half of the lower wall material 1b, forming a gap 112. The accessory attachment fixture 2 is fixed by inserting the adhesive portion 223 of the fixing portion 22 into the gap 112 and bonding it with adhesive 4. When inserting the adhesive portion 223 into the gap 112, uncured adhesive 4 is first applied to the adhesive portion 223. The adhesive 4 may be applied to either the front or rear surface of the adhesive portion 223, and the uncured adhesive 4 spreads to the front and rear surfaces of the adhesive portion 223 through the communication holes 25.

Next, the fixing portion 22 is inserted from the upper end into the gap 112 through the lower opening 113 so that the communication hole 25 is positioned within the gap 112. This positions the adhesive portion 223 within the gap 112, between the rear surface of the upper wall material 1a and the front surface of the lower wall material 1b, and the adhesive 4 bonds the fixing portion 22 to the rear surface of the upper wall material 1a and the front surface of the lower wall material 1b. In this way, the adhesive portion 223 bonds the fixing portion 22 to the upper wall material 1a and the lower wall material 1b behind the upper wall material 1a, and the accessory mounting fixture 2 can be installed so that the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

In this embodiment, because it is a retrofit type, the attachment position of the accessory attachment fixture 2 can be determined after the wall surface portion 11 is formed, increasing the degree of freedom in the attachment position of the accessory attachment fixture 2 and improving workability. Furthermore, because the adhesive 4 spreads to both the front and rear surfaces of the adhesive portion 223 through the communication holes 25, the front and rear surfaces of the adhesive portion 223 can be adhered and fixed to the upper wall material 1a and lower wall material 1b, respectively, allowing the fixing portion 22 to be firmly fixed.

(Embodiment 6)
The accessory attachment fixture 2 according to this embodiment differs from the accessory attachment fixtures 2 according to the first to fifth embodiments in the configuration of the fixing portion 22.

The configuration described in embodiment 6 can be applied in appropriate combination with the configurations described in embodiments 1 to 5 (including modified examples).

As shown in FIG. 8A, the accessory attachment device 2 of this embodiment, like that of embodiment 1, comprises a fixed portion 22 and an attachment portion 21. The fixed portion 22 has an extension portion 220 and a hanger portion 224. The support portion 212 of the attachment portion 21 is connected to the lower end of the extension portion 220, and a notch 26 is formed in this extension portion 220. The notch 26 is formed so as to penetrate the extension portion 220 in the thickness direction (front-to-back direction). The upper portion of the notch 26 is formed almost straight in the vertical direction. The lower portion of the notch 26 is curved to the left and opens at the left end of the extension portion 220. The hanger portion 224 is formed in the portion above the notch 26 and is curved in a key shape when viewed from the front.

The accessory mounting fixture 2 of this embodiment can be used as either a pre-attached type or a retrofitted type. When used as a pre-attached type, as shown in Figure 8B, the lower wall material 1b is placed in front of the wall base 12, the extension 220 is placed along the front surface of the lower wall material 1b, and a fastener 13 such as a screw is driven into the notch 26 from the front. This fastener 13 penetrates the lower wall material 1b in the front-to-rear direction and reaches the wall base 12. Therefore, the fastener 13 fastens the lower wall material 1b to the wall base 12. The hanger portion 224 is also hooked onto the fastener 13, fastening the fixing portion 22 to the lower wall material 1b. Then, the upper wall material 1a is fixed to the wall base 12. After the hanger portion 224 is fixed, the upper wall material 1a is positioned and fixed to the wall base 12 so that these fixing positions are hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

When using the accessory attachment fixture 2 of this embodiment as a retrofit type, as shown in Figure 8B, after installing multiple wall materials 1 in an armor-like configuration, the extension 220 and hanger portion 224 of the fixing portion 22 are inserted into the gap 112. In this case, the fixing portion 22 is inserted from the upper end into the gap 112 through the lower opening 113, and the fixing device 13 fixing the lower wall material 1b is inserted into the cutout portion 26 through the opening. This causes the hanger portion 224 to hook onto the fixing device 13, and the fixing portion 22 is fixed to the fixing device 13. By hooking the hanger portion 224 onto the fixing device 13 in this way, the fixing portion 22 is fixed to the wall base 12 behind the upper wall material 1a, and the accessory attachment fixture 2 can be installed so that the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a.

In this embodiment, both pre-installed and post-installed types can be used, so the accessory attachment fixture 2 can be installed either before or after the wall surface portion 11 is formed, increasing the flexibility in when the accessory attachment fixture 2 is installed and improving workability.

(summary)
As described above, the first aspect is an accessory mounting fixture 2 for mounting an accessory X to the front of a wall surface portion 11 including upper wall material 1a and lower wall material 1b arranged in an armor-like configuration. The accessory mounting fixture 2 includes a mounting portion 21 to which the accessory X is attached, and a fixing portion 22 that is fixed behind the upper wall material 1a.

This configuration has the advantage that the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a, and therefore does not appear on the wall surface portion 11. This has the advantage that the appearance of the wall surface portion 11 is less likely to be marred by the fixing of the fixing portion 22.

The second aspect is the accessory mounting fixture 2 of the first aspect, in which the fixing portion 22 has at least one selected from the group consisting of a fastening portion 221, a locking portion 222, an adhesive portion 223, and a hanger portion 224. The fastening portion 221 is fixed to the wall base 12 located behind the wall portion 11 by a fastener 13. The locking portion 222 hooks onto the upper end portion 111 of the lower wall material 1b. The adhesive portion 223 is adhered to at least one of the opposing surfaces of the upper wall material 1a and the lower wall material 1b. The hanger portion 224 hooks onto the fastener 13 that secures the lower wall material 1b to the wall base 12 located behind the wall portion 11.

This configuration has the advantage that it is easy to set the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 behind the upper wall material 1a.

The third aspect is the accessory mounting fixture 2 of the first or second aspect, in which the fixing portion 22 has a thickness that allows it to be inserted into the gap 112 between the opposing surfaces of the upper wall material 1a and the lower wall material 1b.

This configuration has the advantage that even after the upper wall material 1a and the lower wall material 1b have been installed, the fixing portion 22 can be positioned behind the upper wall material 1a through the gap 112, improving installation efficiency.

The fourth aspect is an accessory attachment device 2 according to any one of the first to third aspects, comprising a fixing member 32 having a fixing portion 22 and an attachment member 31 having an attachment portion 21. The fixing member 32 and attachment member 31 are connected by a fastening member 33.

This configuration has the advantage that the fixing member 32 and the mounting member 31 can be installed separately, improving installation efficiency.

The fifth aspect is the accessory attachment device 2 of the fourth aspect, in which the fixing member 32 and the attachment member 31 are connected by the fastening member 33, and the attachment member 31 is movable relative to the fixing member 32.

This configuration has the advantage that the mounting member 31 can be moved relative to the fixed member 32 after installation, allowing the position of the mounting member 31 to be adjusted depending on the installation position of the accessory X.

The sixth aspect is a mounting structure 100 for an accessory X, comprising a wall surface portion 11 having a plurality of wall materials 1 and an accessory mounting fixture 2 of any one of the first to fifth aspects. The plurality of wall materials 1 include upper wall materials 1a and lower wall materials 1b arranged in an armor-like configuration. The mounting portion 21 of the accessory mounting fixture 2 is located in front of the wall surface portion 11, and the accessory X is mounted thereon. The fixing portion 22 of the accessory mounting fixture 2 is fixed behind the upper wall material 1a.

This configuration has the advantage that the fixing position of the fixing portion 22 is hidden behind the upper wall material 1a, and therefore does not appear on the wall surface portion 11. This has the advantage that the appearance of the wall surface portion 11 is less likely to be marred by the fixing of the fixing portion 22.
