本発明はエアーダンパー、特に一方向への空気の流れの

ー。 2、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のエアーダンパーを製
造する方法であって、 (イ)一方の縁に沿ってかぎ形ヒンジ部分を有する少な
くとも1つのブレードを製作し、 (ロ)少なくとも1つのフランジを有する長いフレーム
材を製作し、該フランジに切込みを入れて前記かぎ形ヒ
ンジ部分と相互に補足し合う形状の少なくとも2つの一
体型かぎ形ヒンジ要素を形成し、 (ハ)前記ブレードのかぎ形ヒンジ部分の一端を前記フ
レーム材の一方のかぎ形ヒンジ要素に挿入して関節結合
させ、 に)前記フレーム材を前記ブレードの周りに折り曲げ、 (ホ)前記フレーム材の折曲げの際に前記ブレードのか
ぎ形ヒンジ部分の他端をフレーム材の他方のかぎ形ヒン
ジ要素に挿入して前記フレーム材を箱形フレームに形成
するのと同時に前記ブレードを該フレームに関節結合さ
