However, regardless of the above-mentioned side-side system, the eggs go through the steps of washing, drying, inspection, and sorting, so all dirt such as feces, feed, dirt, and blood is completely removed from the surface of the eggs, leaving them clean in appearance. Even if the product value can be increased, the current situation is that no treatment is applied to maintain the freshness of the eggs themselves.

In view of the current state of egg processing, the present inventors believe that although eggs are consumed in large quantities due to the current standard of living, there is a demand in the secondary market for eggs that are as cheap as 1 yen, and as the 200 nautical mile era approaches, eggs are becoming more and more popular. Focusing on the fact that eggs are being reconsidered as an important nutritional source for the people that partially supplements protein sources, on the other hand, we take into account that eggs, unlike other products, are very easily damaged, so we do not use traditional egg washing, drying, During the series of inspection stamp and egg selection systems, a special request was made in 1974.
124123 was successfully incorporated into the coating process.

Next, to explain the operation, the eggs 27 move in the direction of arrow A in FIG. Is it on the posture correction guide plate 15 of 2? When the egg 27 reaches the lower part of the coating liquid tank 7, the surface of the egg 27 is covered with the coating liquid that is constantly flowing down from the slit 8 through the rod pieces 9, 9 in a curtain flow pattern as shown in FIG. The coating is completely covered and coated, during which the excess coating liquid is collected by dropping into a saucer 16 and returned to the tines 7 via a circulation pump (not shown).

Next, when the egg 27 is transferred to the removal device 4 or 4a that removes excess coating liquid, high-speed air is constantly injected from the nozzle or slit 18 above the egg 27, so that the coated egg of the former 4 is removed. The excess coating liquid on the surface moves along the surface of the drum 30, and eventually the coating liquid forms a droplet-shaped pool 2 from the bottom of the circumference of the drum 30.

In the case of the latter 4a, as in the former, high-speed air is constantly injected from the nozzle or slit 18 above the egg 27, so excess coating liquid is removed by the rotating brush 24 while traveling along the surface of the rotating drum 3a. Furthermore, a part of the moisture transferred from the rotating brush 24 to the drum 5 is completely removed by a draining roller 23.

Next, the eggs 27 enter the drying device 5 and are completely dried in the chamber 19 by receiving a strong wind of 20° 200 degrees from a fan from both above and below the conveyor 10, and are supported and transferred to the egg checking device 6 via the inclined guide plate 12. The eggs are then sorted and packaged using conventional methods.

Did I explain it in detail? In addition, in the present invention, in the coating device 2, the rod pieces 9 are formed protruding below the tank 7 at a distance slightly larger than the long axis d of the egg, so that the coating liquid flowing down from the slit 8 is extremely prevented from leaking. Since the coating liquid draws a mellow curve and completely covers the entire surface of the egg, the coating liquid coats the egg surface with a constant thickness without any spots.
Even if the eggs 27 that have undergone the egg washing process roll randomly on the tilting cell guide plate 12, the protrusions 27 are formed on the circumferential surface of the carrier 11, so the eggs fly off the carrier 11 and cause damage to the wood. There is no fear of this happening, and as shown in Fig. 2, a posture correction guide plate 15 is installed at the lower part of the conveyor's 10-circle connection, which has a concave surface that roughly follows the external shape of the egg. Therefore, even if the eggs are transferred from the egg washing device 1 in a state tilted to the right or to the left, the most stable state will occur as the conveyor shifts, that is, the sharp end 13 and the blunt end 14 of the rabbit 27. The coating liquid settles in a nearly horizontal state and moves while being supported by the guide plate 15. During this period, excess coating liquid falls from the lower end of the guide plate 15 into the saucer 16, but this liquid is transferred to the main circulation pump. (not shown), the coating liquid is refluxed to tank 7, and even if the reflux amount is too large, tank 7 is equipped with an overflow tank 17, so the coating liquid can be completely reused without any waste. It is.

In addition, in the removal device 4 shown in Example 1 that removes excess coating liquid, the surface of When the coated egg 27 passes through, the egg changes from the normal state where it is supported between the carriers 11 and 11 to a state where it is slightly floating above the carriers 11 and 11. ), the egg 27 begins to rotate when it comes into contact with the drum 3, and the excess coating liquid on the egg surface is blown away by high-speed air jetted from the nozzle or slit 18 and moves to the bottom of the egg. do.

At the lower part of the egg, the egg 27 is in contact with the drum 3, and the excess coating liquid that has moved to the lower part of the egg transfers to the fixed drum 3 and finally collects at the lowest part of the circumferential surface to form a droplet-shaped pool 28. Then, the egg 27 falls onto the saucer 16, and the same operation is repeated with other plural nozzles or slits 18 and the drum 3, and when it comes into contact with the drum 3, the egg 27 rotates and the excess coating liquid is almost completely removed from the egg surface. It can be completely removed and drying can be stopped accordingly.

Furthermore, in the coating liquid removal device 4a shown in Example 2,
A plurality of drums 3a arranged at the lower part of the egg 27 in the direction A
is forcibly rotated by an appropriate driving source in the direction B, which is opposite to the direction A in which the egg 27 advances, and a plurality of rotating brushes 2'4 and draining rollers 23 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating drum 3a. The rotating brush 24, a part of which is constantly immersed in water 25, is forcibly rotated in the direction B, which is the same as the rotating direction of the drum 3a, and the draining roller 23 is rotated on the drum 3a.
Since the rotating brush is forcibly rotated in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating brush, that is, in the C direction, the transfer of excess coating liquid from the egg 27 to the cylindrical drum 3a is promoted, and the coating liquid is transferred to the circumferential surface of the drum 3a and transferred to the rotating brush. It is scraped off at 24, diluted with water 25, and removed.

On the other hand, the moisture transferred to the circumferential surface of the drum 3a due to the contact rotation between the drum 3a and the rotating brush 24 is completely removed by the draining roller 23, thereby preventing deterioration of the transfer effect of excess coating liquid to the rotating drum 3a. .

The eggs from which the excess coating liquid and moisture have been almost completely removed by the removing device 4 or 4a are transferred to the next drying device 7,
Here, the surface of the egg Ω is directly blown with strong wind by a fan from both above and below, so that the coating liquid on the egg surface is completely dried and no damage occurs.
