This product was developed to make its use more effective, and is made mainly of aluminum hydroxide sludge, which has excellent properties such as non-combustibility and heat resistance, and organic fibers such as fluffy waste paper. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new blown material having excellent properties such as strength, lightness, and nonflammability.

It had been dumped.

Therefore, aluminum hydroxide sludge that is dumped weakens the ground or causes marine pollution, so it is difficult to dispose of it. The reality of the industry is that they are struggling.

We develop materials that satisfy the various properties required for materials.
The reality is that it has not been put into practical use.

たものである。Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned points, and utilizes aluminum hydroxide sludge generated during alumite processing, which was conventionally nothing more than filth, to be used effectively as a blowing material. Some materials aim to provide construction materials with the above-mentioned properties, and in particular gel-like aluminum hydroxide easily envelops organic fibers such as fluffy waste paper and fiber waste within a certain pH range. This was developed based on the fact that it has the property of condensing in this way, and that this property makes combustible organic fibers nonflammable.
以下、本発明を実施例に沿って説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained along with examples.

It is not possible to wrap up waste paper.

This also makes it easier to work with the waste after it hardens.

Although organic fibers such as waste paper and fiber waste have traditionally had excellent properties such as heat retention, sound insulation, and lightness, their use as construction materials has been limited due to their flammability. By encasing and condensing the fibers in non-flammable, heat-resistant aluminum hydroxide sludge, we are able to take advantage of the excellent properties of organic fibers while overcoming their drawbacks.
