本発明は家禽、畜産廃棄物(但し羽毛は除く)の処理法
に係り、その目的とするところは品質良好なミートボー
ンミール等の飼料、及び動物性油脂を効率よく製造する

本発明者等は上記した実情に鑑み研究の結果、原料を粉
砕しこれに過熱水蒸気を接触させることにより、原料の
熱変性、殺菌及び乾燥を迅速に行なうことができ、更に
蛋白と油脂の分離が極めて良好である、悪臭ガスを簡単
に捕集できる、製品の酸化を抑えることができる等の知

処理場周辺に悪臭を放出することがほとんどなく作業還

畜廃棄物を処理することができ、しかも効率よく良質の
ミートボーンミール等の飼料及び動物性油脂を得ること
ができるのであって、工業的に非常に効果のある発明で

実施例 1
ブロイラーの加工処理場で生じる鶏の頭、脚、ガラ、不
可食内臓を重量比でそれぞれ15,15゜45.25チ
の割合で含む原料5 K9を、10間fのスクリーンを
有する粉砕機(期末MBC型、期末鉄工所製)で粉砕し
、これをパドル型攪拌機及びジャケットを有する加熱装

実施例 2
鶏の頭、脚30%、ガラ44%、不可食内臓26係の割

機で粉砕し、これを実施例1で用いたと同様の加熱装置
