プラスチック管加熱下で加圧媒体を吹込んで、プラスチ
ック管をプラスチック管が金型内面に接触するまで膨張
させる場合、プラスチック管の少くとも一端を外部から
引張ったうえで、上記加圧媒体の吹込みを行うことを特
徴とするものである。
