Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 被処理コロガリ軸受をハウジング又はこれに類する
保持体に嵌合して軸端部に受与した状態にて洗浄処理す
る装置であって、斯かる状態の軸受を受入れる適宜大き
さで後部に被処理体出入口を、また側部に排気ダクトに
繋がれる排気口を、そして下部に洗滌油戻り排出口をそ
れぞれ備えて内部が洗浄室になされた本体ケーシングと
、該ケーシングの前面に付設されて前記被処理コロガリ
軸受に対し洗滌油と圧気との混合気又は圧気を切換えて
噴射するようになされた複数の洗滌用噴射ノズルと、前
記ケーシング周面適所に付設の被処理体回転用圧気噴射
ノズルとからなる洗滌機構を箱型の基台上に設け、前記
各噴射ノズルには圧気源から分岐配管すると共に、洗滌
用噴射ノズルには洗滌油供給源からの分岐配管をも繋ぎ
、これらを適宜制御する手段を付属せしめ、被処理軸受
の保持体外周には周囲に多数の羽根を設けた回転羽根環
を洗滌に際して装着するよう構成したことを特徴とする
コロガリ軸受の洗浄装置。
