The hydraulic cylinders used in the above-mentioned hydraulic elevators are extremely long due to the nature of raising and lowering the elevator cage supported by the hydraulic cylinders across multiple floors. In consideration of transporting it into the elevator space, the hydraulic cylinder is divided into an appropriate number of parts during factory manufacturing, and the length is shortened into a number of divided hydraulic cylinder members, and each of these parts is individually packed and transported. These divided hydraulic cylinder members are interconnected and assembled within the elevator space.

To assemble this hydraulic cylinder, it is sufficient to connect the upper and lower cylinder tube members and the plunger members to each other, but in the conventional method, especially when connecting the plunger members, the lower plunger is installed upright on a surface. The upper plunger member, which is suspended by a chain block, is gradually lowered relative to the member, and the upper plunger member is screwed to the lower plunger member. When lowering the lower plunger member, due to a miscalculation of the lowering speed or due to the damping phenomenon during the lowering, a large impact is applied to the joint threads of both plunger members when they are in contact with each other. There was a risk that the threaded portion for the joint would be damaged and it would be impossible to screw them together if left as is.

The structure of the present invention is such that when assembling a hydraulic cylinder that has been divided into a plurality of hydraulic cylinder members in advance by connecting these divided hydraulic cylinder members up and down, the lower end of the plunger member of the upper hydraulic cylinder member and the lower end of the lower hydraulic cylinder The upper end of the plunger member of the member is provided with a coupling screw portion that is screwed together with the upper end of the plunger member, and the lower hydraulic cylinder member is grounded and stands upright, and the upper hydraulic cylinder member is lifted to a position above it, and the upper and lower hydraulic cylinders are connected to each other. After centering the members so that the end faces of both plunger members are concentric with each other, the upper hydraulic cylinder member is rotated and lowered in the above-mentioned screw connection direction, and the upper plunger member is screwed into the lower plunger member. and then coaxially connect the upper cylinder tube member to the lower cylinder tube member.

Further, in the above-mentioned configuration of the present invention, the upper hydraulic cylinder member is provided with a rotation operation means on its plunger member, and a suspension rod having the same thread pitch interval as the joint threaded portion is screwed and fixed to the upper end of the plunger member. The plunger member is lowered relative to the suspension rod by rotating the plunger member using the rotating operation means while maintaining the suspension rod in an immovable state.

Thereafter, when the sealing plate 7 is rotated by the operation bundle 6 of the sealing plate 7 with the operator grasping the grip bundle 18 of the eyebolt 19 to prevent rotation of the eyebolt 19, the sealing plate 7 has no openings. Since the upper cylinder tube member 2a is integrally connected to the upper cylinder tube member 2a by the lower sleeve 9 and the stud bolt 11, and the sealing cap 5a which is integral with the upper plunger member 3a is integrally connected via the cap bolt 8, the sealing plate 7 The sealing cap 5, the upper cylinder tube member 2a, and the upper plunger member 3a rotate downward along the stationary eyebolt 19, and at this time, the thread pitch between the eyebolt 19, the sealing plate 7, and the sealing cap 5 is at the upper level. The male threaded part 13 for a joint of the plunger member 3a and the female threaded part 2 for a joint of the middle plunger member 3b
As the upper plunger member 3a rotates and descends as described above, the female joint threaded portion 13 of the upper plunger member 3a connects to the joint of the middle plunger member 3b. female thread part 2
2, and the upper plunger member 3a and the middle plunger member 3b are interconnected and integrated into one body as shown in FIG. 2d.

Thereafter, once the chain block 37 is removed from the eye bolt 19 and the eye bolt 19 is screwed into the sealing cap 5 again, the chain block 37 is hooked to the eye bolt 19, and the nut 12 is tightened to the stud bolt 11 to prevent the upper stage hydraulic pressure. Pull up the cylinder member 1a and the middle stage hydraulic cylinder 1b integrated therein again to the original position,
As shown in FIG. 2f, the restraining sleeve 27 with leg seat 34 is removed from the middle cylinder tube member 2b, and the lower hydraulic cylinder member 1C is stood upright directly above both hydraulic cylinder members ia and lb.

As described in detail above, when assembling separated hydraulic cylinder members connected vertically, the lower end of the plunger member of the upper hydraulic cylinder member and the upper end of the plunger member of the lower hydraulic cylinder member are mutually screwed together. The lower hydraulic cylinder member is grounded and stands upright, and the upper hydraulic cylinder member is lifted to a position above it, and the upper and lower hydraulic cylinder members are arranged so that the end surfaces of both plunger members are concentric with each other. After centering so that Since the side plunger members gradually descend at a speed equal to the mutual screwing speed of the joint threads, the impact when both plunger members come into contact is extremely small, and no damping phenomenon occurs, and the joint threads of both plunger members There is no possibility of damaging it.
