Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はプレス型における上下型の摺動の為に用いる
ガイドピンとそれに嵌合するガイドホルダーにおいて、
ガイドホルダーの内径摺動面に固体潤滑剤を埋設して無
給油摺動可能とする為の固体潤滑剤の埋設方法に関する
もので、その目的は固体潤滑剤の潤滑特性をそこなうこ
となく、容易に埋設せしめんとする製造方法を得るにあ
る。

ダーにおいて、その内径摺動面にらせん状又は輪冠状及
び複数ケの孔に溝を機械加工又は鋳鍛造によってつくり
、そこに黒鉛を主成分としてエポキシ樹脂をバインダー
としたペースト状の固体潤滑剤を充てん後、ポリ四ふつ
化エチレン製の棒体を挿入して加熱により固化せしめ、
その棒体を抜いてから再度摺動面の仕上げを行うことを
特徴とする無給油ガイドホルダーの製造法。
