本発明はニンニク(大蒜)の加工方法に関するものであ

まま食用しうるので、滋養効果は極めて高く最も好まし

型が崩れないように蒸した後1〜8℃に冷却せしめ、こ
の冷却したニンニク1に対し前記冷却した若布の煮汁約
9.3の割合の中に2〜10日間浸漬することを特徴と
