いでしかも接合部だけはメッキされないようにしておき
、メッキ後超音波シールして他部材を接合可能とするも

示例ではその深溝の底壁9へ更に横巾lが約0.8 m

キ層が形成されないま\樹脂面12がそのま\露出状態

用しないでメッキ液中に浸漬してメッキさせた後、合成
樹脂製の被接合部材から突出された上記深溝横断面形状
に合致する形状の嵌合部3aをその深溝内に嵌合させて
超音波シールするだけでよいから、接着剤使用の場合の
ようにその塗付量が多すぎて流出するようなことがなく
、又塗付の手数を省くことが可能であり、或いは又覆合
部材を使用する場合のように一品毎にメッキに先たち覆
合部材を嵌合させ、又メッキ後これを取外すような手数
をかける必要もなく、このようにして極めて高能率とな

製部材をそのままメッキ液中に浸漬させてメッキさせた
後、合成樹脂製の被接合部材から突出された上記深溝横
断面形状に合致する形状の嵌合部をその深溝内に嵌着さ
せて超音波シールにより接合することを特徴とする樹脂
メッキした部材に対する他の樹脂部材接合方法。1.
