露出させ、該露出部へ他部材を嵌合させて超音波シール
することが必要であった。

に合致する形状の嵌合部3aをその深溝内に嵌合させて
超音波シールするだけでよいから、接着剤使用の場合の
ようにその塗付量が多すぎて流出するようなことがなく
、又塗付の手数を省くことが可能であり、或いは又覆合
部材を使用する場合のように一品毎にメッキに先たち覆
合部材を嵌合させ、又メッキ後これを取外すような手数
をかける必要もなく、このようにして極めて高能率とな
し得るものである。
