There was a problem in that the injection part of the resin 2 would dig into the wood, resulting in depressions on the surface of the resin 2. These depressions have become a major problem because they not only reduce the aesthetic appearance of the product, but also cause water, dirt, etc. to accumulate therein. The present invention provides a method that does not cause the depressions and also prevents resin leakage.

In Figures 1 to 3, 1 is a top plate material having a window hole 2, 3 is an aquarium material to be placed inside the window hole 2, and a bent part is set on the upper outer periphery to be slightly smaller than the window hole 2. It has a flange 4.

After that, the water tank material 3 is placed upside down on the film 6 in the window hole of the husband board material 1. At this time, a gap T is formed between the inner periphery of the window hole of the top plate material 1 and the outer periphery of the bent flange of the water tank material 3;
is covered by the film 6. Next, the upper surface of the film 6 where the husband board material 1 and the aquarium material 3 are in contact is covered with an adhesive 7.
will be applied. This may be applied in advance before placing the film 6 on the forming plate 5, or after applying the film to the forming plate 5 and before placing the plate material 1 on the film 6. It may be applied. Note that the film 6 is charged with static electricity, and when it is sent to the forming machine 5, it is attracted to the forming machine 5 by the static electricity, and when the husband plate material 1 is placed on the film 6, it is not attached to the husband plate material 1. Adsorb. Utilizing this adsorption to the husband plate material 1, the film 6 is adsorbed to the husband plate material 1 in advance, and the film 6 is placed on the forming plate together with the husband plate material 1.
You can also put the war calendar on top. As mentioned above, the forming plate 5
The materials 1, 3 and film 6 placed on top are pressed by the mold 8 as shown by arrow P, and the film 6 is brought into close contact with the materials 1, 3.

Note that during this injection, the gap T is sealed by the film 6 and the adhesive 7 applied thereto, so the resin 9 is
will not leak. The resin 9 injected as described above is then cured to bond the materials 1 and 3 together.

At the time of this removal, the film 6 is adsorbed to the surface of the materials 1 and 3, but when force is applied against this attraction, the film 6 is separated from the materials 1 and 3, and the end surfaces of the materials 1 and 3 are processed. The bonding is completed, but since the film 6 does not bite into the gap T when the gap T is pressurized and brought into close contact, the surface of the resin 9 becomes flush with the surfaces of the materials 1 and 3, and the subordinate There are no dents like this. In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the materials 1 and 3 are treated with the resin 9 at the same time and joined together, but as shown in FIG. Please note that it is available. In the figure, 10' is a resin injection hole drilled in the mold 8, and 11 is an injection nozzle for the resin 9. As explained above, according to the method of the present invention, leakage of the resin can be prevented without creating depressions on the resin surface, so that the end face of the resin can be treated without impairing the functionality or aesthetics of the product.
