Even if the turning speed and running speed of the conveyor are increased to make the layer closer to the thin layer, (7) mountain-like accumulation is unavoidable, and this phenomenon causes problems in the following civil engineering work.

With the conventional means of dispersing soil from above a conveyor, some diffusion in the water may occur, but the result is that the sediment is deposited in a mountain shape, and due to the viscosity of the water bottom, it is virtually impossible to spread a thin layer of soil uniformly on top of the water. This cannot be expected, and the clay soil cannot support the weight of the released sediment that has accumulated in a mountain shape, causing movement of the clay soil and burying of the accumulated sediment in the clay soil, resulting in the entire surface of the sediment being covered. It is difficult to suppress clayey soil by spreading it in a thin layer.

Since it is thought that it may be difficult to achieve the purpose of ground improvement, efforts are currently being made to find appropriate countermeasures for the method of dispersing a thin layer of soil onto viscous surfaces during land reclamation work, whether underwater or on land.

It is designed to facilitate the work of dispersing soil evenly and in a thin layer, and its features are as follows:
A downwardly expanding cone-shaped earth and sand guide body having a generally circular upper surface and an elliptical lower surface is attached to the tip of the conveyor so as to be horizontally adjustable in accordance with the elevation angle of the conveyor.

Guide plates are arranged radially to distribute the soil evenly and at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the ellipse, so that the soil that falls concentrated at the upper center is evenly distributed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, this earth and sand guide is supported at the lower part of the conveyor tip so that the longitudinal center of the ellipse is the same as the center of the conveyor, and so that the earth and sand guide can be horizontally adjusted in accordance with the elevation of the conveyor. , a swingable guiding chute is attached to the conveyor discharge side so that the earth and sand can be guided to the central part of the circular flat plate, and by such a series of devices, the earth and sand that is concentratedly discharged from the conveyor is It is spread over a certain width in the direction of the center line of the conveyor, and by the rotating movement or lateral movement of the conveyor itself, it is possible to spread a uniform thin layer over a certain width, and it is also possible to spread the sediment in a uniform thin layer over a certain width. The thickness of the spread layer can be changed freely by changing the rotation or running speed of the conveyor.

With the body 4, the conical earth and sand guide 6 shown by the thin line, and the guide A according to the present invention, the four pyramidal earth and sand guide 4 has a falling form 4a in which it accumulates in a mountain shape as shown in the fourth figure. The conical soil guide 6 has a medium-low plate-like falling shape 6a as shown in Figure 6, whereas the guide A of the present invention has a flat, layered shape with a uniform thickness as shown in Figure 5. Falling form 1
It turns out that the guide body A according to the present invention, which has a circular upper part and an elliptical lower part, is the most excellent in terms of uniform diffusion.

。That is, the earth and sand discharged from the head part of the conveyor 15 is deposited in a conical shape on the circular flat plate 2 in the earth and sand guiding body A through the guide chute 16 as shown in FIG.
It slides down from the outer circumference of the main body 1 through each guide plate 3 over the outer circumferential surface of the main body 1, which is more oval than circular, and lands on the center line of the conveyor 15 on the target dispersing surface as shown in FIGS. The soil is uniformly diffused and released with a certain width along the side, making it possible to suitably obtain the desired thin-layer dispersion. For example, in reclamation work, ground improvement work, etc., it is suitable for dispersing a thin layer of soil on the surface due to its viscosity. And it can be done under perfect conditions.

Due to its uniform diffusion, the layered distribution with a certain width is carried out extremely smoothly, and this makes it possible to easily spray a thin layer of soil on top of the viscous surface, which was considered difficult to do in the past. It enables the suppression method, and the thickness of the layer can be adjusted freely by turning the conveyor and speed of travel, making it very useful for various types of reclamation and ground improvement work, whether underwater or on land.
