As shown in Fig. 1.2, a heat insulating cup 3 in which a paper cup main body 1 is covered with a cylindrical heat insulating wall 2 has a foamable resin layer 4 attached in a striped manner to the inner surface of the heat insulating wall blank. \Insulating cup O In this case, the surface of the cup is a flat paper, so not only can the printing effect be fully demonstrated, but the structure is similar to cardboard, and the strength is strong, so the material cost can be reduced. It has the feature that a space is created between the paper cup main body and the heat insulating wall between the foamed resin, which promotes the heat insulation effect and also reduces the amount of resin used.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned heat-insulating cups, since the thickness of the foamed resin layer is uniform in the vertical direction, the inclination of the main body wall of the paper cup matches the inclination of the heat-insulating walls, and therefore, the insulating cups are stacked one on top of the other. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to separate the cups when stacked in a stack.

Therefore, in the present invention, the angles of the inside and outside of the cups are made different to minimize the contact area when the cups are stacked to make it easier for the cups to separate from each other and to prevent blocking. be.

That is, the present invention provides an insulating cup in which a main body of a paper cup is covered with a cylindrical insulating wall, in which a foamable resin interposed between the insulating wall and the main body of the paper cup is inclined in the vertical direction of the cup. By applying a coating amount of A feature of the foamable resin is that it is formed by printing foamable ink (including coating, the same applies hereafter) so that the amount of foamable ink attached changes in the vertical direction of the cup.

以下図面(こ示す実施例について説明する。The embodiments shown in the drawings will be described below.

First, the insulating cup according to the present invention will be explained. The one shown in FIG. The layer 4 formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating wall blank 2 is packaged on the paper cup main body 1, and the amount of foamed resin 4 attached is gradually decreased from the top to the bottom in the upper part of the cup. In the case of the opening in Figure 3, the foam gradually increases from the top to the bottom at the bottom of the cup, and by changing the amount of adhesion in this way, the foamable resin is given an inclination in the vertical direction of the cup,
As a result, the inclination θ1 of the trunk wall of the paper cup main body 1 and the insulating wall 2
The slope θ2 is made different.

Therefore, when the cups are stacked on top of each other, a gap is created between them as shown in the figure, and since they do not come into close contact with each other, they are easy to separate, and so-called blocking can be prevented.

Next, to explain the manufacturing method of the above-mentioned heat insulating cup, as shown in Fig. 6, in order to take over the heat insulating wall 2, gravure printing or silk screen printing is performed directly on the surface of the paper material 2' with foaming ink 4'. The image is printed in the shape shown in Figure 4.5.

As mentioned above, in order to form foamable resin into a heat insulating wall, it is possible to directly print foaming ink and foam using a printing method, and punching of the material or foaming can be done either first, and the foamable resin When printing on paper, various linear or spot patterns are used to achieve a heat insulation effect with a small amount of coating. Blocking can be prevented by giving an inclination to the heat insulating wall and the body wall mainly consisting of the paper cup by changing the dimensions (Figs.

Even if the cup falls over, the method of manufacturing the heat-insulating cup according to the present invention not only has the characteristics of the conventional heat-insulating cup, but also can effectively prevent blocking. By using this, the part without the foamable resin can be lifted from the main body of the paper cup due to its thickness, and the insulation effect can be further improved, and the foamable resin is formed by printing. Because of this, the foaming operation can be performed simultaneously with printing on the surface of the cup.

Furthermore, the foamable resin can be formed into any shape by printing, and the amount of foamable resin used can be kept to a minimum, so it is possible to eliminate the problem of waste pollution at low cost. .
