The insulating cup has a flat paper surface, which allows for the full printing effect, and its structure is similar to cardboard, making it stronger and reducing material costs. It has the feature that a space is created between the paper cup main body and the heat insulating wall between the foamed resin, which promotes the heat insulation effect and also reduces the amount of resin used.

A heat insulating cup formed with projections is defined as a specified invention, and in manufacturing the heat insulating cup according to this specified invention, the foamable resin inside the heat insulating wall blank is printed with foamable ink by gravure printing, screen printing, etc. The feature is that the foaming ink is formed into spots in some areas so that the amount of foaming ink adhered to is larger than in other parts, and then the paper cup itself is inserted into the wound insulation wall, and then the foaming ink is foamed. That is.

By forming the foamable resin by printing, the surface of the cup can be printed at the same time.Furthermore, the foamable resin can be formed into any shape by printing, and the amount of foamable resin used can be reduced. It is characterized by being able to minimize waste pollution at low cost, and because the foaming is done after inserting a cylindrical insulating wall into the paper cup, the foaming creates a It is characterized by complete fixation.
