The inside of the tank is filled with resin liquid to impregnate the paper tube with resin liquid, then the excess resin liquid in the tank is drained and the paper tube is taken out, and the paper tube impregnated with resin liquid is placed in a heating furnace. Since the method of heating and curing is used, there is a drawback that continuous production is not possible.

ある。In view of the drawbacks of the conventional art, the present inventor has conducted extensive research, and as a result, the present inventors have developed a paper tube by sequentially bending a wide paper tape using a group of adhesive rolls in which the angle between the wall of the paper tube and the roll surface is gradually reduced. The entire outer wall is pressed and pasted, and then an annular packing with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the paper tube is continuously passed through a suction chamber and a resin tank attached to the entrance and exit of the passage. By impregnating it with a hardened thermosetting resin, the conventional drawbacks were overcome and the present invention was completed.

Since the decorative paper tape is pasted on the top surface and wrapped around the entire outer circumferential wall of the paper tube, there will be no gaps between the paper tube and the decorative paper tape, and there will be no wrinkles in the decorative paper tape. Can be pasted continuously.

を特徴とする断面四方形強化化粧紙管の製造方法。1. A wide long decorative paper tape coated with adhesive is moved along the bottom of a long paper tube with a rectangular cross section at the same speed as the moving speed of the long paper tube, so as to press the paper tube and the decorative paper tape. Approximately the center of the decorative paper tape is pressed and adhered to the bottom surface of the paper tube using a pasting device, and then a pasting tape consisting of multiple pairs of pasting rolls in which the angle between the side surface of the paper tube and the roll surface is made smaller in sequence. Both unattached ends of the decorative paper tape are sequentially bent and pressed to adhere to both sides of the paper tube, and then multiple pairs of adhesion rolls are used in which the angle between the top surface of the paper tube and the roll surface is made smaller one after another. The unattached end of the decorative paper tape is successively bent to align the edge of the unattached end to the edge of the paper tube, and is pressed and attached to the top surface of the paper tube using a sticking device consisting of the above-mentioned pressing device. The remaining unattached end of the decorative paper tape is sequentially bent using a symmetrically installed sticking device, and the edge of the unattached end is aligned with the edge of the paper edge, and the paper is pressed and stuck to the surface of the sticking end. Decorative paper tape is wound and pasted on the entire outer peripheral wall of the tube, and annular packings with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the paper tube wrapped with decorative paper are introduced into the suction chambers attached to the entrance and exit of the passage. Then, an annular packing with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the decorative paper-wrapped paper tube is introduced into a resin tank attached to the entrance and exit of the passage to absorb uncured thermosetting resin. It is impregnated with a resin liquid, and then introduced into a heating mold in which a passage with an inner diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the paper tube impregnated with the resin liquid is formed to semi-cure the thermosetting resin liquid and smooth the surface. ,
A method for producing a reinforced decorative paper tube with a rectangular cross section, characterized in that the thermosetting resin is finally completely cured using a heating device.
