DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses wall materials such as PC boards, concrete, concrete blocks, and ALC boards as base walls of buildings.
When carrying out an interior construction method in which gypsum boards are directly pasted on the base wall with a dumpling-shaped adhesive mixed with water, and then the adhesive is applied on top of that and wallpaper is pasted in Steps 1 to 1, the dumplings are The present invention relates to a method for preventing deterioration caused by mold that occurs after completion of wall interior work by adding an agent that inhibits the growth of mold to both a wallpaper adhesive and a wallpaper adhesive.

This phenomenon is hardly observed in the mortar construction method, but is commonly referred to among construction professionals as the GL construction method, the GL tapapetane construction method.
Use wall materials such as boards, concrete, concrete blocks, ALC boards, etc., and apply adhesive (for example, product name G) to the base wall.
Add water and knead L-Bond, Snow Bond), apply it to the basement wall in the form of dumplings, directly paste gypsum board (gypsum board, plasterboard, etc.) on top of it, and then apply adhesive on top of it. This is especially common after the completion of interior construction, which involves applying paint and pasting wallpaper.

This construction method is very easy to use and the construction can be completed in a short period of time.A layer of air is formed between the plasterboard and the base wall. This construction method is widely used in the construction of condominiums and other buildings because it has the advantage of creating very good heat and sound insulation conditions.

However, since no measures are taken to prevent the growth of mold in buildings constructed using these construction methods, the growth of mold is significant.
In particular, when hot and humid conditions occur during the rainy season, the beautifully finished wall surfaces become moldy and discolored, often requiring interior decoration to be redone.

Since redoing such interior work causes great damage in both labor and economic terms, there is a strong need for measures to prevent mold.

In other words, an adhesive (for example, the above-mentioned GL Bond Suntapa Snow Bond) is applied to the base wall in the form of a dumpling, and the plasterboard pasted on top of the adhesive evaporates from the large amount of water contained in the adhesive. In order to significantly prevent mortality and volatilization, mold grows on natural substances such as starch glue or funori contained in adhesives.

This is a phenomenon that occurs inside the wall and does not appear on the surface, so it has no direct effect on aesthetics and the appearance of mold is not a problem at this point.

Next, the moisture that was significantly prevented from evaporating by the plasterboard will eventually migrate to the plasterboard, but since this plasterboard is covered with wallpaper, cloth, vinyl, etc. for interior use, moisture can also be absorbed here. This prevents the evaporation and volatilization of moisture, resulting in moisture remaining between the plasterboard and the wallpaper.

Adhesives containing natural substances as mentioned above exist between the plasterboard and the wallpaper to fix the wallpaper, and this adhesive migrates and absorbs the remaining moisture, making it easier for mold to grow. It is a source of nutrients.

As a result, by adding an anti-mold agent to both the button-shaped adhesive button and wallpaper adhesive such as GL Bond and Snow Bond, it was found that the anti-mold agent was added only to the adhesive adhesive such as GL Bond. They discovered that deterioration due to mold can be prevented for a longer period of time than would otherwise be the case, and completed the present invention.
