Conventionally, when measuring the surface temperature of an object, temperature information is obtained by bringing a heat-sensitive element into contact with the measurement location and making the temperature of the heat-sensitive element equal to the surface temperature.

Therefore, in order to reduce temperature measurement errors, various measurement means have been considered in which the heat-sensitive element is brought into close contact with the measurement point as much as possible to improve thermal conduction.

On the other hand, when measuring temperatures at a plurality of locations using the same measuring device, the heat-sensitive element cannot be fixed to the location to be measured.

Therefore, in this case, a relatively good contact state is obtained by configuring the heat-sensitive element to be pressed against the measurement point using an elastic means such as a spring.

However, when measuring with such a measuring device,
When a heat-sensitive element is pressed against a measurement point, it is difficult to accurately confirm the contact state, especially when the heat-sensitive element is pressed against a high cylindrical object such as an electric wire.

Therefore, a state of poor contact is likely to occur (and temperature measurement errors often occur).

In this case, the piston 17 is provided with an appropriate valve 19, and especially when lowering the air pressure in the support 13, that is, when the piston 17 moves downward in the figure as shown in FIG.
The state shown in FIG. 2 may be quickly set by opening the support body 13 and making the inside of the support body 13 equal to the outside pressure.
