る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for partially coloring flocked projections of a thermoplastic synthetic resin in a sheet material, and is based on the applicant's earlier application (Japanese Patent Application No. 51248/1983). Instead of the thermoplastic resin film or sheet overlaid on the base material of the applied invention, thermoplastic resin sheets of two or more colors colored with kneaded pigments are used, and these are overlapped or arranged, or one part is A fabric is layered on top of the fabric, and two or more layers of wire mesh with different mesh densities are layered on top of it in the order of the denser mesh, and these are heated and pressurized to generate flocked protrusions. Partial coloring of flocked protrusions of a thermoplastic synthetic resin in a sheet material, which has a color greater than that of the original color and has protrusions that are longer in the overlapped part than in the non-overlapped part. The aim is to provide a method for doing so.

Reference numeral 1 is paper (base material), on which a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 colored, for example, blue, colored with a kneaded pigment, and a white thermoplastic resin sheet 3 are layered. , furthermore, a fabric 4 such as woven fabric or knitted fabric is placed on top of it.
At the same time, a dense wire mesh 5 and a coarse wire mesh 6 are placed on top of this, and these are passed through a pair of heated upper and lower pressing rolls 7.7 to heat and press them.

In the case of 0 mesh plain woven fabric, the temperature is around 140℃ and 100kg.
It is appropriate to set it to about /ci.

It is necessary to use two or more layers of wire meshes 5 and 6 with different mesh densities, and to press the wire mesh 5 with the denser one closer to the fabric 4.

また抑圧の際の温度は可能な限り低い方がよい。Further, it is preferable that the temperature at the time of suppression be as low as possible.
これは温度が上昇するに従って突起相互の融着が生じ、
著しく冷却後の突起の柔軟性が失なわれるからである。This is because as the temperature rises, the protrusions fuse together,
This is because the flexibility of the protrusions is significantly lost after cooling.

In the above case, processing can be done by stacking layers, but this can be done with two or more layers, or sheets of two or more colors can be processed side by side without overlapping, and furthermore, one sheet can be used as a base and sheets of a different color can be processed. The sheets may be cut into a desired shape and then partially stacked to form two layers, or sheets of two or more colors may be partially stacked and processed.

A sheet material having individually colored flocked projections is obtained, which exhibits an overall marbled surface appearance.

The same method as in Example 1 was carried out by alternately arranging white-colored polyvinyl chloride sheets of 11t11L and width 30 mm and blue-colored polyvinyl chloride sheets 0.5 mm thick and 20 mm wide without any gaps. When processed, the obtained sheet material product exhibited a striped pattern of blue and white flocked protrusions, and the blue portions were longer protrusions than the white portions and were raised, creating a stepped surface.
