DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for dyeing flocked projections of a thermoplastic synthetic resin in a sheet material,
(Japanese Patent Application No. 53-51248), instead of the woven fabric in the applied invention, a fabric dyed with a pattern using a dye containing a heat-transferable coloring agent is used, and a fabric with a mesh density of Two or more different layers of wire mesh are stacked in order of density of the mesh, and by heating and pressurizing these, flocked projections are generated, and at the same time, the dye of the fabric is transferred to the flocked projections, thereby creating a colored pattern that is the same as the pattern of the fabric. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for dyeing flocked projections of thermoplastic synthetic resin in a sheet material in which the flocked projections are formed on the surface of the flocked projections.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is paper (base material), and a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 is stacked on top of it.
On top of this, a fabric 3 (woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc.) dyed with a pattern using a dye containing a heat transferable colorant was layered, and a dense wire mesh 4 and a coarse wire mesh 5 were layered on top of this, and these were heated. It is passed through a pair of upper and lower pressure rolls 6.6 to heat and press.

In this case, the temperature and pressure of the roll will vary depending on the thermoplastic synthetic resin, the type of fabric, the desired length of the flocked protrusions 7, etc., but the most typical example is polyvinyl chloride sheet 1.
In the case of 00 mesh plain woven fabric, the temperature is around 140°C, 100°C.
It is appropriate to use Kv/cr/ as a degree.

Here, the generation of the flocked projections 7 will be explained in detail.
It is necessary to use two or more layers of wire meshes 4 and 5 with different mesh densities, and to press the denser wire mesh 4 closer to the fabric 3.

As a result, the fabric 3 is buried in the resin sheet 2 and flocked protrusions 7 are generated on the opposite side of the paper 1, and at the same time, the generated protrusions 7 extend into the space held by the coarse wire mesh 5, and the protrusions are mutually connected. Prevents fusion.

Furthermore, by pressing the fabric 3 with the dense wire mesh 4, suppressing external pressure can be effectively converted into protrusion-generating pressure.

Therefore, operations such as reducing the external pressure, lowering the pressing temperature, and lengthening the protrusion become possible.

However, the density of the wire mesh must be greater than the density of the fabric 3, and as the density approaches the density of the wire mesh 4 in contact with the fabric 3 or the density of the fabric 3, the amount of protrusions generated will decrease.

また抑圧の際の温度は可能な限り低い方がよい。Further, it is preferable that the temperature at the time of suppression be as low as possible.

This is because as the temperature rises, the protrusions fuse together,
This is because the protrusions significantly lose their flexibility after cooling.

As explained in detail above, the present invention uses a fabric dyed with a pattern using a dye containing a heat-transferable coloring agent, so the protrusion dyeing property can be improved depending on the combination of the material of the fabric, the material and concentration of the dye, etc. Flocked protrusions 8 dyed in the same color and pattern as the pattern are formed on the surface of the protrusion and in the portion located at the pattern of the base fabric, resulting in a product with rich design.

The test results for combinations of fabrics and dyes are as shown in Table 1. In general, dyes that bond weakly to fabric fibers and dyes that transfer heat during processing using the method of the present invention, even if the bond is strong, , good protrusion stainability.

Furthermore, in the case of dyes that are strongly bonded to fibers and are not affected by heat, the protrusions will hardly be dyed.

If you dye and process a pattern on fabric using a dye with good protrusion dyeing properties, you will be able to obtain a product with a clear pattern, or if you selectively use a dye with poor protrusion dyeing properties, you will be able to dye with this dye. In the areas where the protrusions are not dyed, the dyed fabric remains at the base of the protrusions, and when viewed from the surface, the pattern can be seen sunk between the protrusions.

By combining these two dyes, for example, if you dye the petals with a dye that has good protrusion dyeing and the leaves with a dye that has poor protrusion dyeing, the petals will stand out and the leaves will sink. You can obtain a pattern with a three-dimensional effect that looks like a .

Example 2 In addition to pattern-shaped dyeing using the disperse dye dyed on the fabric in Example 1, pattern-shaped dyeing was further performed using a reactive dye, and the same members as in Example 1 were arranged. However, when processed under the same conditions, the areas dyed with disperse dyes dyed the flocked protrusions that were generated to form a pattern on the surface, while the areas dyed with reactive dyes did not dye the flocked protrusions. A sheet material with a pattern that appeared sunken at the base of the protrusion and had a three-dimensional effect was obtained.
