本発明は主として液体又は固体の廃棄物に粉化処理剤を
混合し、該廃棄物を無公害な粉状物にするだめのミキサ

板5を該内周面に立設させ、その外周をガイドローラR
で保持すると共に、駆動モータ6の駆動力により歯車7
,8.9を介して該回転ドラム2を回動させるものであ

増大させると共へ被粉化対象の剪断、粉砕が可能となり
、対象物に応じて回転ドラム等の回転方向及び速度を変
