Not only does it require a separate paint booth (painting booth), but it is also extremely difficult to change the color of powder paint, and it is necessary to prepare enough paint booths for each color of powder paint to be used. Sometimes I had to.

It never exceeded.

As a result, the conventional coating booth is of a horizontal type. Based on the recognition that no significant effect can be obtained even if the tunnel is made particularly long (as mentioned above), as a result of various studies, surprisingly, if the tunnel is made vertical, a surprising result can be obtained. They found that the paint adhesion efficiency showed an unexpected increase, and as a result of further research, they completed the present invention.

This is a vertical continuous powder coating booth characterized by having a paint recovery device communication port and a paint discharge port at the top of the cylinder.
つぎに、図面によって本発明を説明する。Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

It is an oval, triangle, quadrilateral, or other polygon.

More than one is provided.

この場合、吐出された粉体塗料は、粒径の大きい粒子が

At this point, particles with a large particle size are mainly coated, and then when the object 6 to be coated advances upward, particles with a small particle size are mainly coated.
このため、被塗物6は、その形状が複雑なものであって

Since this is suspended from the ring at the end of the primary roller 8, the object 6 to be coated is always in the direction of gravity, regardless of the location on the conveyor 7. .

By suctioning the atmosphere inside the cylinder 1 through the paint recovery device communication port 4, its purpose can be easily determined.

The coating film is uniform and has a good finish, and
This provides many advantages in powder coating, as the interior of the coating booth can be cleaned extremely easily.

Under the following coating conditions, the coating booth of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as 1 inventive product) and the conventionally used powder coating booth (hereinafter referred to as ``conventional product'') were coated using the preheating method and electrostatic powder spraying method. The results were obtained as shown in Table 1 for the preheat method and Table 2 for the electrostatic powder spraying method.
