DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a juicer in which a centrifugal separation basket is rotated by a motor, and material input from a material input tube is crushed by a cutter, and then separated into dregs and juice by a filter.

In conventional juicers, the squeezed juice is almost completely separated from solids and fiber by a filter.

However, if a certain amount of solids, etc., which are separated by a filter and excreted as dregs, are mixed in, the nutritional value is higher, and the peristaltic movement of the intestines is promoted by the mixed solids, etc., resulting in better digestion.

Therefore, it is desirable to be able to sort juice into normal juice and juice with high solid content and high nutritional value (hereinafter referred to as "dense juice") depending on the physical condition and preference of the person drinking the juice.

Furthermore, by setting the gap between the cutter and the lower end of the material input tube to approximately 1 mm, it is possible to prevent the input tube from coming into contact with the cutter due to variations in component dimensions, and to ensure smooth movement of the material cut with the cutter to the filter. The centrifugal cage was balanced by evenly distributing the material moving over it.

Therefore, the material is only cut in one direction by the cutter, and the grains of the cut material are coarse and a large amount is discharged as slag, which still contains a large amount of unsqueezed juice. It was something.

In order to improve the above points, we have installed various mechanisms, changed the shape and arrangement of the blade of the cutter,
Various inventions and ideas have been devised to make the gap between the cutter and the feeding tube smaller, but they all had drawbacks such as complicating the mechanism and not being easy to mold, and none of them were fundamental improvements. It didn't happen.

The material squeezed by the filter 20 is very fine and the fibers are finely cut into uniform particles, so the juice contained in the material can be squeezed out sufficiently and the juice can be squeezed out into the holes 25, 26, 27 of the filter 20. The material A, which has become smaller and has been pushed into the exposed portion 35, has its tip protruded from the exposed portion without being cut due to the centrifugal force of the cutter plate 21 and the pressure of the material pushed in later, and is brought into sliding contact with the lower part of the filter 20. .

Therefore, the cut material that hits the lower part of the filter 20 forcefully due to centrifugal force and sticks into the hole of the filter 20, blocks the hole and accumulates there, is scraped off by the uncut material A that slides in contact with the lower part of the filter 20, and is Since the portion is pushed out of the filter 20 through the holes, not only a large amount of solids and fibers are mixed into the juice, but also the lower part of the filter 20 is kept free of clogging.

Further, when the state is continuously changed from the state of squeezing strong juice to the state of squeezing normal juice, the material A located in the exposed portion 35 is pressed against the upper surface of the step portion 29 by the switching plate 36, so that the step portion The material A can be cut with the cutting blade 32 on the top surface of the 29, and the uncut material does not come out of the exposed part 35 without having to take the trouble to cut the material A.

As described above, the present invention includes forming an annular step on the outer periphery of the inner bottom surface of a rotationally driven centrifugal separation cage, disposing a material cutting cutter on the inner bottom surface, and disposing a material feeding tube in the center of the inner bottom surface. The lower ends are positioned close to each other, and a flange is provided on the outer side of the lower part of the input cylinder to cover the stepped part, and a part of the input material is pushed out to the side under the flange to form the centrifugal separation basket. A reverse gutter-like exposed material part that slides on the inner peripheral surface of the filter is formed, and the vicinity of the outlet of the exposed part is appropriately blocked by a juice concentration switching plate, so the juice can be switched smoothly with a simple structure. This can be done reliably and has the effect of preventing clogging of the lower part of the filter.

また材料を粒が均一な細かなものに切削できるので、ジ
ュース生成率も向上するものである。
Moreover, since the material can be cut into fine particles with uniform grains, the juice production rate is also improved.
