In general, construction materials such as bricks and brick tiles are laminated in multiple stages to construct gates and walls, or when laminated on the walls of buildings for exterior and interior purposes, a binding material such as mortar is used at the joints. Since the method involves simply applying the paint and stacking bricks, etc., there is no risk of horizontal displacement of the bricks, etc. that occurs during construction, or cracks or peeling at joints due to post-construction distortion, aging, vibration, etc. In particular, in the case of high-rise buildings, there are problems such as the risk of peeling of the decorative body and the troublesome repair work.

This development was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and when stacking thick construction materials such as bricks and brick tiles in multiple stages, various reinforcing members are inserted at the joints at each desired interval. To provide a method of masonry construction for bricks, etc., which improves work efficiency during construction and makes it possible to permanently maintain the aesthetic appearance of a structure by preventing sideways shifting of stacked bricks, etc. and peeling off of bricks, etc. after laminated construction. The purpose is to

The embodiment relates to construction in which bricks 2 are laminated and attached over the entire outer wall 1 of a building, and the bricks 2 are those with 3 through holes previously provided by the applicant of the present invention under Japanese Patent Application No. 148784/1983. be.

During construction, bricks 2 are sequentially stacked on a base 4 in exactly the same manner as well-known brick masonry construction, and joints 5 are formed by applying a bonding material such as mortar between the bricks 2.

Furthermore, at every third to fourth stage of the stacked structures as described above, the outer wall 1 and the through holes 3 of the bricks 2 are connected and fixed by L-shaped reinforcing members 6, and mortar is also applied to the through holes 3. Fill it and

Further, an L-shaped corner reinforcing member 7 is disposed at the corner so as to span the vertical brick 2 and the horizontal brick 2, and a plurality of holes 8 bored in the corner reinforcing plate 7 and the brick By aligning the through holes 3 of 2 and 2, inserting short reinforcing bars 9 into them, filling and fixing them with mortar, and connecting the reinforcing bars 9 with wires 10, brick walls facing different directions can be firmly connected and fixed. It becomes possible to do so.

After applying mortar on the bricks 2 arranged in horizontal rows for each predetermined number of stacked bricks, the wire mesh is cut in advance into a rectangular shape that is narrower than the width of the bricks 2 and longer than the length of the bricks 2. After laying the net-like connecting material 11 and applying mortar thereon, the next stage of bricks 2 is placed so that the net-like connecting material 11 is interposed at the joints 5.

It is preferable that this mesh-like connecting member 11 is disposed in a state shifted toward a gap 12 formed between the outer wall 1 and the brick wall and filled with mortar.
It is more effective if the interval between the joints where the bricks 1 are interposed is appropriately changed depending on the stacked height of the bricks 2.

To prevent lateral displacement of bricks 2 and generation of cracks in joints 5 by the frictional resistance and lateral shear deformation prevention effect of the mesh-like connecting material 11 which is masonried and interposed between the brick walls as described above. This makes it possible to prevent the bricks 2 from falling off.

As described above, according to the present invention, when setting up bricks, etc., by interposing various reinforcing members at every predetermined number of stacking stages, it is possible to prevent lateral displacement of the bricks, etc. that occurs during masonry, and also to prevent bricks from peeling and joints. It is possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the structure by preventing cracks in the parts, and since it is not necessary to correct horizontal displacement of the bricks, it has the characteristics that it can be used at low cost and improves construction work efficiency.
