に刻設された井桁格子状分割溝7bに沿つて剪断応力が

作業能率を高め、歩留まりを大巾に改善向上することが

板の上にセラミックシ一トを置き上方より押型な押圧す
るように構成したことを特徴とするセラミックシ一トの
