As is well known, in a crawler type endless belt, an endless belt made of rubber or other elastic material is made to circulate by meshing or frictionally interlocking with sprocket foils, drum foils, etc. The problem is that the attachment between the free wheel and the endless band tends to come off easily, and the wheel tends to come off easily, and the embedded core metal that has a claw for attachment to the driving wheel may be deformed or broken. There are many points.

To explain this with reference to FIG. 8, A is the endless band main body, B is the tension-maintaining cord layer, C is the embedded core metal, and the concentric metal C is the cord layer B of the endless band main body A. In the upper region, a pair of engaging claws of the core metal C are embedded at predetermined intervals in the band longitudinal direction, and protrude toward the side opposite to the ground surface.

According to the conventional example shown in FIG. 6, the driving wheel is formed by forming an engaging hole on the drum peripheral surface that engages with a pair of engaging claw pieces, or by forming a hollow hole with a row of bars that engage with the claw pieces. The idler wheel is a rolling wheel with a circumference that fits between the claw pieces as shown by the symbol E, and the idler wheel shown by the symbol F has a four-circumferential groove G that engages across the claw pieces. It has a drum shape.

Therefore, according to this example, apart from the driving wheel, the idle wheel E1
Both idle wheels F tend to come off easily, and deformation of the engaging pawl piece and breakage of the core bar C are problems, and breakage and deformation of the pawl piece lead to poor engagement with the drive wheel, which is a real problem. There is a risk that it may become impossible to drive.

As a result of intensive research to eliminate the problems of the previous example, the inventor of the present invention improved the shape of the endless belt main body, and worked with the core metal to reliably prevent wheel derailment. We have succeeded in providing an endless belt that promises to reduce the weight of the belt, suppress vibrations, and also suitably prevent damage to the core metal. Therefore, in the present invention, the endless belt is grounded from the central part of the endless belt to the longitudinal direction. A central recessed portion having a gutter-shaped cross section is formed toward the side, and core metals embedded in rows at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the endless strip are fitted into the inner surface of the central recessed portion. a cored metal bottom wall in the central recessed part of the endless band, having a bridge-shaped recessed portion facing the core metal, and an embedded portion extending in the width direction of the endless band from a side wall of the recessed portion of the cored metal; A grounding lug is formed protrudingly on the grounding surface side of the endless band within the projection area of the core metal, and a grounding lug is formed protruding from the grounding surface side of the endless band body, and the contact surface of the grounding surface of the endless band main body and the bottom wall of the cored metal are formed in a row. It is characterized by being set approximately on the same plane as the surface of the ground.

In both shoulders of the central recessed part 7, that is, in the wheel passing part, there is a pair of protrusions 15 formed in FIGS. The recess depth of the central recess 7 of the endless band 1 extending along the longitudinal direction is greater than that of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 7 in which the protrusion 15 is not formed. .

In the case of the embodiment in which the pair of protrusions 15 are formed as protrusions, it is necessary to reinforce the protrusions 15.
In the basic example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the embedded part 18 that extends further toward the inner part is a reinforcing part 18a that is bent into a trapezoidal shape, and is reinforced by this, and the wing embedded part 18 is placed in the upper area of the cord layer 6. It is embedded in the endless band 1.

In other words, the endless belt 1 circulates through the bottom wall 10 of the recess 8' of the embedded mandrel 8, which is formed at the bottom of the central recess 7 of the endless belt 1.
The driving wheel 2 is driven by meshing the meshing teeth 12 of the driving wheel 2 with the meshing hole 11 partitioned by the meshing hole 11 partitioned by the meshing hole 10. This is done by friction caused by the contact between the shoulders of the wheel 7 and the wheel passing portions or by the contact and support between the top surfaces 15' of the pair of protrusions 15 formed on both shoulders. Engagement hole 1
1 is always secure, and since the tooth 12 enters into the central recess T and engages, there is no possibility that the engagement will become uncertain due to vibration shock or the like.

In addition, on the side of the idler wheels 3 and idlers 4 where wheel derailment is likely to occur, the central body portion 13, which enters the central recessed portion 7 with a clearance, is located at the center of the side body portions 14, 14 that perform frictional transmission. However, in the specific example in which the protrusion 15 is formed, only the protrusion height of the protrusion 15 is such that the depth of the central recessed portion 7 is a dog, so that derailment is completely prevented.

At this time, each protrusion 15 is reinforced by the reinforcing part 18a of the core metal 8, so even if the protrusion 15 is made of an elastic material integrated with the crawler track, its durability is improved, and its elasticity is improved. It also has excellent vibration absorption performance.

Further, the bottom wall 10 of the recessed part 8' of the embedded core metal 8 is connected to the cord layer 6.
According to the specific example in which the central body portion 13 is located lower toward the ground contact side than the cord layer 6, the central body portion 13 is naturally located deeper toward the ground contact side than the cord layer 6, and therefore, as shown in FIG. When the band 1 is wound, the cord layer 6, which is the center of curvature on the bending surface of the endless band 1, is closer to both wheels 2 than the outer peripheral surface of the central body 13.
, 3, the endless belt 1 will not come off the wheels unless the distance between the axes between the two wheels 2 and 3 becomes small or the cord layer 6 breaks.

In the conventional model shown in Fig. 8, both the idler wheel E and the idler wheel F are located inside the cord layer B on their outer peripheral surfaces, and therefore closer to the center of both wheels, which is more likely to cause wheels to come off. There is.

In addition, even in the stacking direction of the endless band 1, the central trunk 13 is inserted into the central recess 7, so that even if it swings, the inner surfaces of the recesses 1, 8' on both outer surfaces of the trunk In a specific example in which a pair of protrusions 15 are formed, the height of this blocking is increased by the height of the protrusions 15, so that the prevention of derailment is complete.

At this time, if both side walls 9/, 9/ of the core metal are left exposed, even if the circumferential surface of the center body part 13 rides on it, it will immediately slide off, which will ensure prevention of derailment, and also prevent the body part 13 from slipping off. Since the circumferential surface and the circumferential side surface have a clearance with the recessed portions 7 and 8', they are spaced apart from the meshing hole 11 under normal conditions, which is effective in preventing vibrations and the like.

Furthermore, since the central recessed portion 7 of the endless band 1 is reinforced and shaped by the recessed portion 8' of the core bar 8, the shape of this recessed portion 7 may be deformed, causing the central body portion 13 to rise or climb over. There is no possibility that this will happen.

In addition, this allows the left and right side body parts 14, 14 to more reliably contact and transmit power with the wheel passing surface or the top surface of the protrusion 15 on the side opposite to the ground contact side of the endless band 1.

Further, the core bar 8 does not require any protrusions such as claw pieces as in the prior art, so the structure is simple and lightweight, and the endless band 1 as a whole can be easily manufactured at a low weight and cost.

And since the running surface other than drive wheel 2 runs on a flat surface,
The riding comfort is extremely good, and in this case, the contact surface of the idler wheel 3 and the endless belt 1 is formed by a pair of protrusions 15, 15.
In the embodiment in which the height of the wheel is increased, the soil removal performance is improved and the riding comfort is also improved, which is superior in terms of reliable running, complete prevention of wheel derailment, and good riding comfort.

Furthermore, since the grounding lug 5 is located in the projection area of the embedded core metal 8, the grounding lug 5 can be strengthened, and the grounding surface 10' of the bottom wall 10 of the cored metal 8 and the grounding surface of the main body are generally on the same plane. This makes it possible to prevent the core bar 8 and the bottom wall 10 from becoming an obstacle on the contact surface, preventing wear and damage while ensuring good retention and soil removal performance. First of all, it has a wide range of uses.

As a result of the above-described structure, the present invention works in cooperation with the metal core to prevent derailment, reduces the weight of the endless belt, suppresses vibrations, and prevents damage to the metal core.

In particular, in the present invention, since the ground plane of the endless band body and the ground plane of the bottom wall of the core metal are set on approximately the same plane, the complementary recessed portion is made relatively deep to effectively prevent wheel derailment. However, since the bottom wall of the core metal is formed so that it does not protrude in the ground contact direction from the ground contact surface of the main body when the track runs, it is preferable to prevent the bottom wall of the core metal from being worn out or damaged due to sliding contact with the ground or collision. It is particularly suitable as a crawler track for use in places with relatively hard ground such as gravel roads or dry areas.
