。To explain this with reference to FIG. 1, A is the endless band main body, B is the tension-maintaining cord layer, C is the embedded core metal, and the concentric metal C is the cord layer B of the endless band main body A. In the upper region, a pair of retaining claws of the core metal C are embedded at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the band and protrude toward the side opposite to the ground surface.

The idler wheel is a rolling wheel with a circumference that fits between the claw pieces as shown by the symbol E, and the idler wheel shown by the symbol F has a concave circumferential groove that engages across the claw pieces. It has a drum shape with G.

Both freewheels F tend to come off easily, and smooth rotation is not guaranteed due to the difference in peripheral speed between the freewheels E and F, and furthermore, the engaging claw pieces are often deformed and the core metal C is easily broken. However, breakage or deformation of the claw pieces may lead to poor engagement with the drive wheels, making it virtually impossible to drive.

Therefore, in the present invention, the center part of the endless band is made into a central recessed part having a gutter-shaped cross section extending in the longitudinal direction toward the grounding side of the endless band, and the longitudinal direction of the endless band is The core metals embedded in rows at regular intervals over the direction have a bridge-shaped recess portion that faces the inner surface of the central recess portion in a fitted manner, and are engaged between the bottom walls of the core metals in the central portion of the endless band. A sprocket-like driving wheel is provided in which holes are arranged in rows and meshes with the meshing hole, and at least one of an idler wheel corresponding to the drive wheel and an intermediate idler wheel provided between the drive wheel and the idler wheel is connected to the endless band. It is formed of a central body facing the central concave part and not in contact with the bottom surface of the core metal, and a pair of side body parts contacting and supporting the endless band surface continuing on both sides of the central concave part. A protrusion having a trapezoidal cross section extending over the entire circumference in the longitudinal direction of the band is integrally formed on both shoulders of the central recessed portion, and reinforcing portions of the protrusion are formed on both shoulder portions of the central recessed portion of the core metal,
A pair of embedded parts extend outward through the reinforcing part, and a tension-maintaining cord layer is embedded between the embedded parts and the bottom wall of the central recessed part of the core metal over the entire circumference in the longitudinal direction of the band. When the meshing teeth 12 of the driving wheel 2 mesh with the meshing hole 11 partitioned by the The engagement between the teeth 12 of the drive wheel 2 and the meshing hole 11 is always reliable, although this is done by friction caused by contact with the top surfaces 15' of the pair of protrusions 15 formed on both shoulders of the entry part 1. Moreover, since the teeth 12 enter into the central recessed portion 7 and engage with each other, there is no possibility that the attachment will become uncertain due to vibration shock or the like.

The riding comfort is extremely good, and since the contact surfaces of the idler wheels 3 and the endless belt 1 are integrally formed as a pair of protrusions 15, it is possible to prevent the wheels from coming off. The protruding portion 15 is reinforced by the reinforcing portion 18a of the core bar 8 to ensure appropriate elastic deformation while preventing extreme elastic deformation.Furthermore, soil removal performance is improved and riding comfort is further improved. The embedded portion 18 of the core bar 8 is firmly supported through the cord layer 6 against the tensile force pulled in the outer circumferential direction.
is not peeled off to the ground side of the endless band 1.
従って農機1作業車用を初めとして利用範囲大である。Therefore, it has a wide range of uses including agricultural machinery and work vehicles.

置。1. The center part of the endless strip is a central recessed part with a gutter-shaped cross section extending longitudinally toward the grounding side of the endless strip, and the recesses are embedded in rows at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the endless strip. The core metal has a bridge-shaped recess that faces the inner surface of the central recess, and meshing holes are arranged in a row between the bottom walls of the core metal in the central part of the endless band. A sprocket-like drive wheel that meshes is provided, at least one of an idler wheel corresponding to the drive wheel and an intermediate idler wheel provided between the drive wheel and the idler wheel faces the central recessed part of the endless band, and a core metal It is formed by a pair of side trunks that connect and support the endless band surface that continues on both sides of the central recessed part with a central body part that is not in contact with the bottom surface. A protrusion having a trapezoidal cross section extending all around the circumference is integrally formed, reinforcing portions of the protrusion are formed on both shoulders of the central recessed portion of the core metal, and a pair of embedded portions extends outward through the reinforcing portion. What is claimed is: 1. An endless belt device, characterized in that a tension-maintaining cord layer is embedded over the entire circumference in the longitudinal direction of the band and located between the embedded portion and the bottom wall of the central recessed portion of the core bar.
