There is a method of tightening the wrapping paper using a screwdriver, fixing the wrapping paper with glue to make a rod with a constant circumference, and then cutting it to a constant length with a cutter.

It becomes inferior in terms of palatability.

As a result, the fibrous material spreads evenly around the conduit into which the hollow tube is introduced, and by winding it up as it is, a rod is produced in which the hollow tube is approximately at the center of the fibrous material.

Since it is necessary to keep a small gap between the pipe and the pipe (inner surface), it is difficult to make adjustments at the start of operation, such as when introducing the fiber material for the first time.

This is difficult to adjust when the machine is stopped or restarted.

。That is, the present invention applies a plasticizer to the opened crimped continuous tow, and then bundles the tow, wraps the outer periphery of the tow with wrapping paper and tightens it using an endless belt, and glues the wrapping paper. In an apparatus that manufactures rod-shaped fiber fillers by fixing, hollow fibers are inserted into the upper part of the gap between the trumpet guide for converging the tow and the presser cover that receives the condensed tow in the winding and forming part. The hollow fiber insertion guide includes a guide, a support thereof, and a supply means for supplying the hollow fiber to the hollow fiber insertion guide, and the hollow fiber insertion guide is made of a thin curved metal tube, and the hollow fiber is inserted from the gap between the trumpet guide and the presser foot. an insertion section for inserting the tow into the flow of the tow;
It is characterized by having a tip opening that is located upstream of the point where the wrapping paper and the endless belt join, and on the central axis of the space formed by the endless belt and the presser lid, and that opens in the flow direction of the tow. The present invention provides an apparatus for producing a rod-shaped fiber filler having a hollow fiber in the center.

繊維充填体の製造装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. After applying a plasticizer to the opened crimped continuous tow, the tow is bundled, wrapped around the outer periphery of the tow with wrapping paper, and tightened using an endless belt, and the wrapping paper is glued. In an apparatus for manufacturing a rod-shaped fiber filler by fixing the
A hollow fiber insertion guide 18, its support portion 20, and a hollow fiber insertion guide are installed above the gap between the trumpet guide 5 for converging tow and the presser foot 6 that receives the gathered tow in the winding and forming part 7. The hollow fiber insertion guide 18 is made of a thin curved metal tube, and inserts the hollow fiber into the tow flow from the gap between the trumpet guide 5 and the presser foot 6. Insertion part 18a to be inserted, tow, wrapping paper 10 and endless belt 80
It is characterized by having a tip opening 19 of the hollow fiber guide located upstream of the merging point and on the central axis of the space formed by the endless belt 8 and the presser cover 6 and opening in the flow direction of the tow. A manufacturing device for rod-shaped fiber filling bodies with hollow fibers in the center. 2. The apparatus for manufacturing a rod-shaped fiber filling body having a hollow fiber at the center according to claim 1, wherein the curved portion 18b of the hollow fiber insertion kite 18 is arcuate. 3. The rod-shaped support part 20 having a hollow fiber in the center as described in claim 1, wherein the relative position between the hollow fiber insertion guide 18 and the tow tightening molding part 7 can be adjusted in the front and back, up and down, and left and right directions. Fiber filler manufacturing equipment. 4 The support portion 20 is the curved portion 18b of the hollow fiber insertion guide 18
The hollow fiber insertion guide 18 can be rotated at a desired angle around a center point 21, and the hollow fiber insertion guide 18 can be moved to at least an operating position 22 and a detachment position 23, respectively.
An apparatus for producing a rod-shaped fiber filler having a hollow fiber in the center according to item 2 or 3.
