Reference numeral 19 denotes a waterproof sheet supply device, which feeds a non-flammable sheet such as glass wool paper or asbestos paper or a non-woven fabric base material 20 from a reel 21, and then feeds the non-flammable sheet such as glass wool paper or asbestos paper or a non-woven fabric base material 20 onto it. The waterproofing agent 36 is heated and melted and coated on the application roll 22 to form a fireproof waterproofing sheet 6. Immediately before pasting this onto the metal hoop material 5, the metal hoop is heated using a heating device 37 such as a burner. The material 5 is heated and adhered under pressure using a pressure device 23.

As the pressure device 23, for example, a Herringhorn rubber roll or the like is used. The reason why the heating device 37 is used to heat the coating is that when the coating is applied using the coating roll 22, the coating is cooled before it is attached to the metal hoop material 5, so the coating is reheated. By reheating in this manner, the coating liquid remains molten and adhered to the metal hoop material 5. 24 is a flat rubber roll.

A waterproofing agent 36 is applied to the sheet base material 20 which has fire retardant properties in advance.
It is also possible to wind the waterproof sheet 6 impregnated with the metal into a coil, pull it out, heat it just before applying it, and continuously apply it onto the metal hoop material 5. Reference numeral 25 denotes an ear groove cutting cutter disposed on one side of the line, and is adapted to cut the end of the foam 13 diagonally to form an inclined recess 28. Reference numeral 26 denotes a band saw for cutting the heat insulating plate material 16 to match the length of the metal plate 2, and the heat insulating materials A are successively formed by cutting with the band saw 26.

The horizontal protrusion 32 at the top of the sloped convexity 30 is placed on the step 31 at the top of the sloped recess 28, and the heat insulating materials A are connected to each other using the connector 33. Along with the horizontal member 2
9, and furthermore, the connecting portion cover piece 27 is overlapped on the waterproof sheet 6 of the adjacent heat insulating material A to cover the connecting portion between the insulating materials A. When the heat insulating material A is placed upside down on the horizontal member 29, the convex veins 1 are located upward, and it functions as a so-called tile rod. Of course, the heat insulating material A obtained by the present invention can be used not only as a roof material but also as other building materials such as wall materials. In the figure, 34 is a urethane roll. Further, 35 is designed so that the front and rear metal plates 2 are sandwiched by the operation of an air cylinder so that the front and rear metal plates 2 are pressed together.
In the above embodiment, an example is shown in which a metal plate 2 is formed with convex veins 1 in advance and cut into a predetermined size, but the metal plate 2 is not limited to this, and a metal hoop In this case, the convex veins 1 are continuously formed on the continuously supplied metal plate 2 by a forming roll, and then a metal hoop is attached to this. The materials 5 are made to face each other. In the present invention, a metal plate on which convex veins are continuously formed is continuously supplied onto a line conveyor, a metal hoop material is continuously supplied on the line conveyor so as to face the line conveyor, and the metal The plate and the metal hoop material are conveyed so as to face each other with an appropriate distance between them, and a foaming material is injected between the metal plate and the metal hoop material to form a foam filling, so that the heat insulating material with high heat insulation properties is continuously provided. It can also be manufactured by continuously foaming and filling a foam material, and then adding flame-retardant asphalt or retardant material to a non-flammable and fire-retardant sheet base material on the metal hoop material of the insulation plate material that is continuously sent. A flame-retardant waterproof sheet melt-impregnated with a waterproofing agent such as a flame-retardant resin is continuously installed, so it can be flame-retardant on one line of insulation manufacturing, which involves molding irregularities and filling with foam materials. Waterproof sheets can also be attached continuously, and have the advantage that insulation materials with a flame-retardant and waterproof top surface can be manufactured easily and at the same speed as ordinary insulation materials. Since the side edges of the waterproof sheet are extended, the connecting portions of the heat insulating materials can be connected using the side edges of the waterproof sheet.

This method has the advantage that the waterproof sheet can be uniformly attached to the metal hoop material. Furthermore, since the waterproof sheet has fire retardant properties, there is no problem in terms of fire prevention even if it is exposed on the surface, and it can also provide a fire prevention effect at the connecting portions of the heat insulating materials.
