The lower metal hoop material 1 and the upper metal hoop material 5 are formed by continuously supplying the upper metal hoop material 5 to form the convex veins 4.
and are conveyed so as to face each other with an appropriate distance between them, and a foaming material is injected between the lower metal hoop material 1 and the upper metal hoop material 5 to form a foam-filling material, thereby continuously forming the insulation board material 15. Then, the waterproof sheet 6 is continuously attached to the metal hoop material 5 on the upper side of the heat insulating board material 15 that is continuously fed, and the side edge of the waterproof sheet 6 is attached to the side of the upper metal hoop material 5. This relates to a method of manufacturing a heat insulating material characterized by extending outward from the end portion, and the purpose thereof is to have a convex vein and have high waterproofness at the joint portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulating material that can be easily and continuously manufactured.

In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a large number of convex vein forming rolls, which form 75 consecutive convex veins 4 on the lower metal hoop material 1 supplied from the payoff reel T. On the other hand, the metal hoop material 5 above the payoff reel 8 is supplied so as to face the metal hoop material 1 below. In the figure, reference numeral 9 denotes an end forming machine, which bends both ends of the upper metal hoop material 5 into a substantially U-shape, and then the ends of the lower metal hoop material 1. The part is also bent. 10 is a spray gun that blows out a foaming material stock solution such as rigid urethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam mixed with polyol, isocyanate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc.; A foamable material is injected in a meandering manner between the lower metal hoop material 1 and the upper metal hoop material 5 to form foam filling.

is formed by the edge forming roll 16. Reference numeral 18 denotes a waterproof sheet supply device, which feeds a fireproof and waterproof sheet material 19 made of glass wool non-woven fabric, asbestos paper, etc. impregnated with flame-retardant asphalt pitch or flame-retardant soft synthetic resin from a reel 20; Asphalt or a flame-retardant synthetic resin adhesive is heated and melted and applied with a coating roll 21 to form a waterproof sheet 6 with strong adhesive strength. The heating device 22 heats the material, and the pressure device 23 applies pressure to the metal hoop material 5 on the soil side.

As the pressure device 23, for example, a Herringhorn rubber roll or the like is used. The reason why the heating device 22 is used to heat the coating is that when the coating is applied using the coating roll 21, the coating is cooled before it is attached to the upper metal hoop material 5, so the coating is reheated. By reheating in this way, the waterproofing agent is kept in a molten state and is adhered to the upper metal hoop material 5. 24 is a flat rubber roll.

うことができるものである。The heat insulating material A formed as described above is used, for example, as shown in FIG. Fit the inclined convex part 30 at the end of the material AO, place the horizontal protrusion 32 at the upper part of the inclined convex part 30 on the step part 31 at the upper part of the inclined recess 27, and connect the heat insulating material A with the connecting tool 33. In addition to connecting the horizontal members 29
Furthermore, the connecting portion cover piece 26 is overlapped on the waterproof sheet 6 of the adjacent heat insulating material A to cover the connecting portion between the insulating materials A. When the heat insulating material A is placed upside down on the horizontal member 29, the convex veins 4 will be located upwards, and will function as what is called a tile rod. Of course, the heat insulating material A obtained by the present invention can be used not only for roofing materials but also for other building materials such as wall materials. In the present invention, as described above, the lower metal hoop material is continuously supplied and the convex veins are continuously formed using the convex vein forming roll, and the upper metal hoop material is continuously supplied. The lower metal hoop material forming the convex veins and the upper metal hoop material are transported so as to face each other with an appropriate distance between them, and a foamable material is placed between the lower metal hoop material and the upper metal hoop material. Since the foam is injected and filled with foam, it is possible to continuously manufacture a heat insulating material with convex veins, and since the convex veins are formed on the lower metal hoop material, the foam can be firmly attached. I'm full of things to do,
Furthermore, since the flame-retardant waterproof sheet is continuously attached to the metal hoop material on the upper side of the insulation board material, which is continuously filled with foam material and is continuously sent, it is possible to form irregularities and Flame-retardant waterproof sheets can be installed continuously on one line for manufacturing insulation materials, which involves foam-filling materials, and can produce insulation boards with flame-retardant and waterproof top surfaces at the same speed as manufacturing regular insulation materials. It has the advantage of being easy to manufacture, and in addition, when the waterproof sheet is continuously pasted onto the upper metal hoop material, the side edges of the waterproof sheet can be extended further outward than the side edges of the upper metal hoop material. Since it is pasted so that it sticks out, the side edges of the waterproof sheet can be used to connect the insulation materials to the formed insulation material.
It is something that can be done.
