The former involves injecting a dye liquid into a cylindrical hole cut out in a part of the perforated plate when the soap base is passed through a perforated plate in order to form it into a bar-shaped soap dough during the extrusion process of soap dough. This is a method of obtaining a pattern. The soap obtained by this method is characterized by having a pattern of fine streaks of pigment liquid, and although it may have a striped pattern, the pattern is limited to thin lines or streaks, resulting in a beautiful layered pattern. In addition, the latter has the disadvantage that it is difficult to obtain a soap base with colored soap base pieces and non-colored soap base pieces or differently colored soap base pieces during the kneading process, resulting in uneven kneading. In this method, the soap pattern obtained from the soap dough is unspecified and does not always have a constant pattern, and the outline of the pattern is unclear. The present invention was developed as a result of extensive experimental research in order to obtain a soap having a clear outline and a certain cross-sectional area without such defects, and a striped, especially layered, colored pattern of various fixed shapes. The present invention is economical and can be fully applied to extrusion equipment.

である。In the present invention, when a piece of soap base is kneaded and pressed and extruded through a hole in a perforated plate, the pigment liquid and the soap base are kneaded and colored when passing through some or all of the through holes in the perforated plate. The soap base is extruded from a perforated plate as a colored bar-shaped soap base, and the number of holes for kneading the pigment liquid and soap base in the perforated plate and the cross-sectional shape of the through-holes, particularly the shape of the outlet, are The purpose is to obtain soap having patterns of various shapes, and the composition of the soap base piece, the coloring liquid, the pretreatment process, etc. applied to the present invention are generally applied to the production of machine-kneaded soap. It is sufficient that the Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A kneading extruder 2 having a kneading extrusion blade 1 has a large number of through holes 6 between a discharge port 3 and a conical body portion 5 for compression having a forming port 4. Attach the perforated plate 8,
At least one through-hole of the perforated plate 8 is defined as a dye liquid kneading hole T in which an injection pipe 9 into which a dye liquid is press-fitted is opened. The perforated plate 8 is thicker than a normal perforated plate, and may be removable or fixed, or may be divided into several blocks. While the soap base passes through the hole 7, the pigment kneading hole 7 which opens the injection pipe 9 is mixed with the pigment liquid injected from the injection pipe 9, and the soap base is uniformly colored and extruded from the discharge port 10. There are various means for mixing the pigment liquid and the soap base, for example, the injection port 11.
It has a conical shape with a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases as it goes from the outlet to the discharge port 10. A conical shape is usually used, but a pyramidal shape, irregularly shaped conical shape, etc. may also be used. The inclination angle θ is 15 as long as it is sufficiently kneaded.
0.1 or less when applied to existing equipment.
Approximately 5 is desirable. The perforated plate 8 according to the present invention has one or more pigment solution kneading holes 7 with injection pipes 9 for press-fitting the pigment solution as described above, and a large number of through holes 6 that do not color the soap base, or all of the through holes. There is a dye solution kneading hole 7 which has an injection tube 9 for pressurizing the dye solution, and there is no need for a device for injecting the dye solution into the through hole 6, and there is no need to gradually reduce the cross-sectional area.

Either more than one wire mesh 12 is inserted, or a large number of protrusions 13 are provided protrudingly as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, or they are connected to each other as shown in FIGS. A plurality of orthogonal slits 14
It is attached. The wire mesh 12, the protrusion 13, the slit 14, etc. may be attached in advance to a sleeve applied to the through hole, and such a sleeve may be inserted into the through hole.
2. All members other than the protrusions 13 and slits 14 that promote kneading of the pigment liquid and the soap base are applicable.
