Description

本発明は石油備蓄用トンネル等の壁面に鋼板を内張すす
る工法に関し、その目的とするところは、内張すすべき
壁面に多数の内張り用鋼板を精度よく、シかも迅速に内

Claims (1)
部4bとされ、かつ内張り部4aの上端にホイストクレ
ーン6を設け、内張り部4aの側面に鋼板支持用治具8
を移動自在に設けた台車4を壁面7に沿って移動させて
その内張り部4aを壁面7の内張すすべき箇所に対向さ
せ、次にホイストクレーン6により鋼板13を吊り上げ
、その鋼板13の表面に突設した多数のねじ棒14を治
具8の孔5内に挿入し、各ねじ棒14にナツト16を螺
合せしめてこの鋼板13を治具8に仮止めし、同様にし
て次々と鋼板13を治具8に仮止めしてその各鋼板13
により壁板17を形成し、次に壁板17と壁面7との間
に溶接用足場18を挿入し、その滅場18を利用して壁
板17の裏面から各鋼板13のつなぎ目19を溶接し、
次に上記足場18を取り除き、治具8を壁面7に向けて
移動させることにより壁板17を壁面に接近させ、次に
壁板17と壁面7との間に充填材を充填し、ナツト16
をねじ棒14から外し、治具8を壁板17から離間させ
、次に台車4を移動させて仕上部4bを上記壁板17に
対向させ、仕上部4bを利用して各ねじ棒14を削除し
、壁板17の表面を仕上げ、同様にして次々と壁板17
を内張すすると共に仕上げることを特徴とするトンネル
