Furthermore, these conventional methods used adhesive between the film and the substrate, which had the disadvantage that the ink forming the pattern was easily dissolved by the solvent remaining in the adhesive. . SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing decorative laminates that is simple, efficient, and of stable quality. ″0 The present invention is characterized in that by using a thermoplastic acrylic film, sublimation transfer and film bonding can be performed simultaneously without using an adhesive.

A decorative board 15 is obtained by heat-sealing the acrylic film 25 and the film 11.

The acrylic film used is a film made of a polymer of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, or a derivative thereof such as an ester thereof, and is a substantially transparent colorless or colored film.

It may be a resin plate or other conventionally used base material, and is not particularly limited. Sublimable dye ink is an ink prepared by blending sublimable dyes such as conventionally known dispersible dyes, which sublimates when heated, penetrates into the acrylic film, and becomes fixed.

Therefore, heat and pressure must be carried out at sufficient temperature, pressure, and holding time for the sublimation dye ink to sublimate and fix in the acrylic film and for the acrylic film to partially melt and fuse with the base material. Hold times of ˜120 seconds are preferred. In order to facilitate and strengthen the fusion bond between the base material and the acrylic film, an acrylic-urethane resin paint 6 or 16 is applied in advance to the surface of the base material 4 or 14 on the side to be fused to the acrylic film 1 or 11. It may be applied and cured or semi-cured.
In addition, in the method shown in FIG. 2, if a layer of the acrylic-urethane resin paint 16 is provided, the sublimable dye ink 13 is applied to the acrylic-urethane 1 layer by the heating and pressurization.
Since it is sublimated and fixed even in the 6th grade, a deeper pattern can be obtained. Further, the decorative board to which the acrylic film of the present invention is fused may be provided with a top coat 7 or 17 of an acrylic-urethane resin paint in order to protect the surface and further improve the aesthetic appearance.

Therefore, process control is easy, including not using adhesives, and the quality of the product is stable. Furthermore, if plywood or veneer is used as the base material, a patterned film can be directly fused to it without the use of adhesives, so the skin of the natural wood can be utilized as is and a decorative board with a natural feel can be obtained. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to examples.

The sublimable dye ink was sublimated and fixed into the acrylic film by heat pressing under the conditions of , 4k9/Crill, and 60 seconds, and at the same time, the acrylic film was bonded to the base material by heat fusion. After taking it out of the press and letting it cool, peel off the transfer paper.
Acrylic-urethane resin paint was applied using a roll coater to protect the surface. A decorative board with a clear pattern and an excellent wood texture was obtained. Example 2 A wood grain pattern was printed on HiS A film (manufactured by Nippon Carbide Co., Ltd.), which is an acrylic film with a thickness of 50 μm, using sublimation dye ink (manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.).

The printed surface of the acrylic film was superimposed on the paint surface of the obtained base material, and
The sublimable dye ink was sublimated and fixed on both the acrylic film and the acrylic-urethane resin layer by heat pressing using a flat pressure press for 60 seconds, and at the same time, the acrylic film was thermally fused to the base material. After cooling, an acrylic-urethane resin paint was applied using a roll coater to protect the surface and improve aesthetic appearance, resulting in a decorative board with a deep and clear pattern.
