上げなければならないというような製作上の問題点があ
わ、製造能率が悪かつた。この発明は上記のような問題
点を解消し、高能率に高精度のゴムローラを製造しうる

この発明の要旨とするところは、鉄芯の外側に該鉄芯の

芯とゴム筒との間の間隙の少なくとも一端部を、鉄芯に
密嵌した環状の軟質弾性パッキングで閉鎖したの、上記
間隙にゴム又ぱ樹脂系の硬化型充填液を注入充填し、こ
の充填後又は充填前に上記間隙の他端部をも前記同様に
軟質弾性パッキングで閉鎖するか又は前記間隙の他端部
に充填用の注入孔を有する同パッキングを装着してから
上記注入孔より充填液を注入することにより、鉄芯とゴ
ム筒とを同心に保持した状態にて前記充填液を硬化せし
めることを特徴とする紡績用等のゴムローラの製造方法

い。このようなパツキングは、これを繰返し再使用する
場合には、表面にシリコンオイル等の離型剤を塗布して
使用することもある。一方、鉄芯とゴム筒との間隙に充
填する硬化型充填液は、合成樹脂系のものとして例えば
エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂等の液状樹脂を挙げる

の充填後に装着するものとしたが、予め上下両パツキン
グ4,6を装着したのち、土部のパツキング6f1C設
けた注入孔等を通じて充填液の注入を行うものとしても
良い。な訃、この発明に用いるゴム筒2は、加硫または
未加硫のものを含み、未加硫の場合には、製造程中のど

3の土部も前記同様のパツキングを装着するか又は注入
孔を有するパツキングを装着して鉄芯とゴム筒とを同心
に保持しつつ、充填液の硬化を行うので、一連の製造工
程をいずれも簡単になし得て、従来の製造方法に較べ大
幅に量産性を向土しうると共に、鉄芯1とゴム筒2との
接着不良を生ずる卦それがなく、品質に優れたゴムロー

Claims (1)
ゴム筒を被嵌し、これら両者間の間隙の少なくとも一端
部を鉄芯に密嵌した環状の軟質弾性パッキングで閉鎖し
たのち、上記間隙にゴム又は樹脂系の硬化型充填液を注
入充填するものとし、かつ該充填後に上記間隙の他端部
をも前記同様に軟質弾性パッキングで閉鎖するか、又は
充填前に前記間隙の他端部に注入孔を有する同パッキン
グを装着してから上記注入孔より充填液を注入すること
により、鉄芯とゴム筒とを同心に保持した状態にて前記
充填液を硬化せしめることを特徴とする紡績用等のゴム
ローラの製造方法。 2 充填液として硬化剤を含むエポキシ樹脂を用いるこ
とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の紡績用等の
ゴムローラの製造方法。 3 充填液としてウレタンゴムを用いることを特徴とす
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の紡績用等のゴムローラの
