DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a patterned flooring material using chips mainly composed of thermoplastic synthetic resin, and conventional methods for manufacturing this type of flooring material include: Mix vinyl chips of several different colors and sizes using an appropriate method, spread this onto the substrate using a vibrating plate, and fill the gaps between the chips with a heat-melting substance such as PVC matrix powder or pVC. A method is known in which a paste sol is filled and heated and compressed to form an integral sheet.

However, according to this known method, the mixing and arrangement of the chips is completely irregular, and the pattern of the chips appearing on the sheet is extremely monotonous, making it impossible to obtain a distinctive pattern using the chips. It was hot. The present invention improves these problems by first drawing a pattern on the surface of a sheet-like base material using an adhesive, then scattering synthetic resin chips on top of this to form a layer of chips with no overlapping, and then adhering them. A predetermined pattern is drawn on the surface of the substrate using the tip 5 by repeating the operation of adhering the tips on the agent application area and suctioning off the chips that are not attached to the substrate twice or more, and then drawing a predetermined pattern between the tips. The present invention provides a method for producing a patterned synthetic resin flooring material by filling the gaps with thermoplastic synthetic resin powder and heating and spreading the entire material. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail using the drawings.First of all, 1 in the drawing is a sheet-like base material, and an asbestos sheet of a material that can be rolled up, such as an asbestos sheet with a thickness of O, a width of 7 nm and a width of 190,011 mm, is used. It is appropriate.

In the figure, 2 is a coating roll, and 7 is a pattern portion projecting convexly on the surface of the coating roll 2. 3 is a backup roll 5; during molding of the present invention, the sheet-like base material 1 first passes between the coating roll 2 and the pack-up roll 3;
During this passage, the adhesive 6 applied to the convex pattern portion 7 on the surface of the application roll 2 is transferred to the surface of the sheet-like base material 1.

In this case, the material of the adhesive 6 may be one that melts and solidifies by heating and cooling, or one that hardens by heating. Next, 4 in the figure is an auxiliary application roll, 5
is a measuring roll, and the adhesive 6 is injected between both rolls 4 and 5 as shown in the figure, the amount of adhesive is adjusted by the measuring roll '-5, and the adhesive is uniformly applied to the auxiliary application roll 4.
The adhesive 6 is applied to the convex pattern portion 7 on the surface of the coating roll 2 by contact between the auxiliary coating roll 4 and the coating roll 2. In this case, the rotation direction of each roll 4, 5, 2 is as shown in the figure. Next, in the figure, 7 is a hopper, and 9 is a first synthetic resin chip.The first chip 9 is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as PVC, and carbon filler, plasticizer, stabilizer, pigment, etc. It is convenient for industrial use if a sheet containing a mixed thermoplastic resin as a main component is processed and then cut into approximately 711 squares using a dicing machine or the like. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a vibrating inclined plate, which, as mentioned above, acts as a dispersing device for evenly dispersing the first chips 9 onto the surface of the sheet-like base material coated with adhesive to form a non-overlapping layer. It is something. Reference numeral 10 denotes a first vacuum suction device, which is a first chip 9 on the surface of the sheet-like base material that is not attached to the base material 1.
In this case, the removed first chip 9 is returned to the hopper 7 again.

? By applying the above method to adhesive the sheet-like base material chip, it is possible to construct a more complex pattern by repeating the same process on the non-adhesive part of the chip, but in this case, the second The shape of the applicator roll 11 needs to be provided with a deep recess 1V in which the first chip 9 adhering to the sheet-like base material is accommodated in the previous step.

In the figure, 12, 13, 14, 15 are the second hotspot and the second hotspot.
The vibrating inclined plate is the second chip and the second vacuum suction device. The working method is the same as described above. Second tip 12
The chip is different in color or shape but is otherwise similar to the first chip.
In the figure, 16 is a heating machine, 17 is a breath roll, and 18 is a back-up roll.
In view of the fact that the first chip 9 and second chip 12 that have stuck to the surface have not yet been sufficiently fixed, the chips are preheated with the heating device 16 and pressure is applied between the press roll 17 and the back-up roll 18 to completely remove the chips. In this case, the appropriate heating temperature for PVC chips is 1,900 C, and it is desirable to apply a pressure of 400 to 3,000 kg over the entire width of the press roll. In the figure, 19 is a third hopper, and 20 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin powder, which is a device for filling the gaps between the chips arranged in a pattern as described above with the synthetic resin powder. In the figure, 21 is a knife, 22 is a rotary cleaner brush 23, which is a suction device that sucks up excess powder, and the suctioned powder is returned to the third hopper 19.

After pressing, the finished product is passed through a cooler 26 and wound up into a roll from the end with a winder. 8. For the sake of explanation, we have described the method of forming patterns using two types of chips, but if a series of devices consisting of a coating roll chip scattering device and a suction device are further provided, more complex multicolored patterns can be formed. It is clear that it can be done.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing synthetic resin flooring with a pattern as described above, and the present invention has the advantage that synthetic resin flooring with a desired pattern can be easily and continuously molded. Another great feature is that by arranging a plurality of application rolls and chip scattering devices in series, it is possible to produce complex multicolor patterns. Further, as a method of utilizing the present invention, it is possible to color the adhesive to match the color of each chip, and to make the thermoplastic synthetic resin material that fills the gap between the chips transparent to prevent penetration of the adhesive or the base material. It is also possible to produce special pattern effects.

1 Using an applicator roll having a convex pattern on the surface of a sheet-like base material that is sequentially fed out via rolls, the adhesive is transferred to the pattern of the applicator roll, and then a thermoplastic synthetic resin is mainly applied onto the surface of the base material. Spread the chips as a component to form a non-overlapping layer of chips, make the chips adhere to the area where the adhesive is applied, then remove the chips that are not adhered to the base material by suction, and then apply the same base material. On the part of the surface where the chips are not sticky, repeat the same operation using a separate application roll and a separate chip to form a predetermined pattern with the chips on the surface of the base material, and then heat the base material. The chips are sufficiently fixed to the surface of the base material by applying pressure, and then the gaps between the chips are filled with thermoplastic synthetic resin powder, and the entire top is again rolled out under heat and pressure to form an integrated sheet-like product.
