本発明は真空成形法で合成樹脂製容器を作るものにおい
て、特に排水口を具備する容器の製造方法に関するもの

極めてスムーズに行なえるものである。更に、排水口9
に形成されるリブ状10はホースの抜け止めになる効果
も奏する。本発明は以上の様に真空成形法によつて容器
と、この容器の排水口と成り得る部分を形成し、排水口
と成り得る部分にはリング状の補強部材を成形時に固着
せしめるため先端部の薄くなり易い排水口の補強効果を
向上せしめることができ、例えばホース等を接続するに
際しても排水口が変形する事もない。更にリブ状の外径
寸法より排水口の先部の外形寸法が小さく成形されるた
めに排水口の先部へのホースの挿入作業が極めて容易に
行なえ、しかも、接続後のホースはリブ状の作用により
抜けを確実に防止される利点を奏するものである。而し
て本発明によつて成形されたタンクの排水口は、容器に
排水口を具備しこの排水口に外部に連通するホースを接

トの一部分で包み込むように前記雄型と合致する形状に
成形した部、前記凸部の先部に合致した部分の先端部を
切断して開口を形成した事を特徴とする容器の製造方法
