The present invention was completed based on the knowledge that the matte surface acts as a protective film that is not affected by spray sand when forming a matte surface. A matte surface is formed around it by sandblasting. After that, the gist of the invention is to heat the pattern to a painting temperature to fix the pattern by baking. Conventionally, to form a matte surface on the surface of ceramic products such as glass, ceramics, and enamel by sandblasting,
A protective film with excellent abrasion resistance and elasticity, such as asphalt, was applied by transfer means, etc., and the protective film was removed by an appropriate method after finishing the matte surface.A pattern was printed on the underside of the protective film. After the above-mentioned matte surface processing, the pattern can be left on the object to be transferred and only the protective film removed, or the pattern can be transferred using transfer paper after the protective film has been removed, or it can be directly printed using a screen printing method. After being applied, it was heated to the painting temperature, and the transferred design itself was used as a protective film, and no sandblasting was applied.

Figure 1 shows slide transfer paper a, which is prepared by kneading an inorganic pigment for ceramics and a vehicle in which an acrylic acid ester is dissolved in a petroleum-based mixed solvent on a water-soluble glue layer 2 provided on a water-absorbing mount 1. A pattern layer 3 is formed by screen printing using a printing ink for the ceramics industry, and on top of this, a material prepared by kneading an acrylic resin with a petroleum-based mixed solvent in the same way as the vehicle described above is applied by printing means to form a film. A pattern supporting film 4 is formed.

In the above, the pattern layer 3 is formed to have a thickness of 20 μm to 40 μm, and in order to further enhance the elasticity of the pattern layer 3, the mixing ratio of the ceramic inorganic pigment and the vehicle is usually about 10:6. Make it about 10:10.

In this case, if the printing ink is too soft, adjust it by adjusting the petroleum-based mixed solvent added when adjusting the vehicle. FIG. 2 shows a heat transfer paper b, in which a heat-melting release film 12 made of a synthetic resin that melts at 70°C to 100°C is provided on a heat-resistant mount 11 to a thickness of about 10 μm, and a layer is placed on the heat-resistant mount 11 with the release film 12 on top. A pattern layer 13 with a thickness of 20 μm to 40 μm is formed by screen printing using the same ceramic ink as explained in connection with FIG. A heating adhesive layer 14 made of a reversible resin is provided with a thickness of 10 to 15 μm by printing means.

The thermoreversible resin used is one that has been dissolved with an appropriate amount of a petroleum-based mixed solvent to provide printability. The slide transfer paper a in FIG. 1 is made by wetting a water-absorbing mount 1 with water or a dilute alcohol solution to dissolve the water-soluble adhesive layer 2, and then applying the pattern layer 3 and the pattern support film 4 that supports it to a ceramic product. Slide on 21,
Press lightly and transfer as shown in Figure 3. The heated transfer paper b in FIG. 2 is produced by heating the ceramic product 21 to about 120°C.
The heated adhesive layer 14 of the transfer paper b is applied and pressed. In such a case, the heated adhesive layer 14 softens, generates adhesive force, and adheres the pattern 13. At the same time, the heat-melting releasable film 12 melts, making it possible to peel off the heat-resistant mount 11, as shown in FIG. Produces thermal transfer. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
From 2, fine abrasive grains are sprayed around the transfer patterns 3 and 13 to create a matte surface 2 with fine irregularities and a rough surface around the transfer patterns 3 and 13.
form 3. At this time, even if the pattern support film 4 (Fig. 3) or the heating adhesive layer 14 (Fig. 4) protrudes from the transferred patterns 3, 13, they do not have the performance as a protective film, so sprayed abrasive particles may be applied to them. It will be blown away immediately. The pattern-transferred ceramic products shown in Figure 5 are washed with water to remove residual abrasive grains.
It is heated to a painting temperature of 0°C and 830°C for enamel, and the inorganic pigments of patterns 3 and 13 are baked and fixed.

As clarified above, in the method of the present invention, the pattern composition to be transferred to the surface of a ceramic product for the purpose of fixation by baking is composed of a ceramic pigment and a vehicle residue from which the solvent has been volatilized, and the rigidity of the ceramic pigment particles and the vehicle This is based on the knowledge that, in combination with the elasticity of the residue, it has a protective film effect that is not affected by the spraying of fine rigid particles during sandblasting, which is applied to form a finely rough pine surface on the surface of ceramic products. This makes it possible to sequentially apply sandblasting to form a matte surface around the elastic transfer pattern and then bake and fix the pattern.
The protective film transfer and pattern transfer are applied at different times as in the conventional method.
Alternatively, there is no need to remove the transfer protective film, and the sand pressure of abrasive spraying applied to ceramic products may damage the elastic transfer pattern before it is heated, causing the printed pattern to deteriorate. There is no risk of blurring the pattern, and since the matte surface and the printed pattern do not overlap, the printed pattern, which is surrounded at least in part by the matt surface, can be expressed extremely accurately and in a short time.
