ク21及び押出補助具22の夫々下面に設けたスパイク
31,31・・・・・・を肉塊に喰い込ませるようにす
る。そして、肉塊の幅が小さい場合は移動壁板58を押
出プロツク21と押出補助具22との間にせり出させて
幅を狭めて該移動壁板58と固定壁板7とで挟ませるこ
とができる。以上、実施例で説明したように本発明の冷
凍肉用肉切機は、往復台上に乗せた冷凍肉の肉塊を固定
壁板と移動壁板とで挟んで拘束した状態で該肉塊の後端
を押出装置に当接させ、該押出装置を往復台の往復動と
連係させて前進させるものであり、滑り易い冷凍肉の肉
塊は滑りを阻止されて設定寸法ずつ正確に送り出され丸
刃により截断することができる。さらに、肉塊は往復台
上に固設した平面板上に乗せるようにすることで、従来
のコンベヤを使用して肉の截片がコンベヤの継ぎ目等に
喰い込んだりして取り除き難い点があつたのを解消する
ことができ、しかも掃除もし易くて肉切機を常に清潔に
