Soundproofing materials are used not only at construction sites, but also in urban areas and homes, and synthetic resin sheets containing solid powder with a high specific gravity are becoming more widely used due to their soundproofing properties, processability, and workability.

It has a black or gray color and is unsuitable for interior decoration applications such as sound insulation and chits. Also, when used as a soundproof cover for machinery, etc., it does not have translucency, so it cannot be observed from the outside as it is. This has some inconveniences, such as not being able to do so. Furthermore, sound insulation sheets with translucent properties have already been provided, such as sound insulation sheets made of threads made of metal coated with polymer and a resinous matrix, or sheets made of glass powder or glass fiber mixed with thermoplastic resin. However, it has a poor design and is not suitable for use as soundproof curtains that also serve as interior decoration. The present invention relates to a sound insulation sheet that improves the drawbacks of conventional sound insulation sheets, has excellent sound insulation properties and translucency, and is capable of changing designs with various elaborate designs. The gist is that a transparent or semi-transparent surface material is laminated on at least one side of a lace-like base material made of a polymer material and a metal or metal compound with a specific gravity of 4 or more to give a specific gravity of 1.5 or more. It is what it is.

is a transparent or translucent sheet, and may be, for example, a sheet made of any of the above-mentioned resins or a composite thereof. The facing material is laminated on both sides or one side of the designed lace-like base material by a known method such as thermocompression bonding. By using a transparent or translucent sheet as the surface material, translucency is obtained in conjunction with the voids of the lace-like base material, making it visible. Furthermore, by laminating the surface material and the base material, the surface material sheet eliminates air permeability, and at the same time, the base material having a high surface density exhibits an excellent sound insulation effect. FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view of another embodiment of the present invention. It is made by reinforcing a lace-like base material with fibers etc. 3 to the extent that transparency is not impaired. Although there are no particular limitations on the method for manufacturing the sound insulation sheet of the present invention, for example, filling the indented portions of a roll with an intaglio pattern on its surface with a paste-like synthetic resin compound, After curing by heating, the resin composition is continuously transferred onto a transparent or semi-transparent synthetic resin sheet, or a paste-like resin compound is applied onto pre-woven fibers into a mesh pattern to create any lace-like shape. There is a method in which the resin is continuously adhered through a cylindrical screen having a pattern passed through it, the resin is heated and cured, and then a transparent or translucent synthetic resin sheet is thermocompression bonded to both or one side of the resin. The sound insulation sheet obtained in this way not only has excellent sound insulation properties as seen in the examples, but also has appropriate light transmission properties, so it can be used in machines that require observation from the outside. Not only is it very convenient for applications such as soundproof curtains, but the lace-like pattern made of the resin compound can be designed and colored in a variety of ways, so it can be used as soundproof curtains for windows, soundproof partitions, etc. It is also ideal as a sound insulating material for interior decoration purposes.
