本発明は2枚の不織布或いは紙等の間にゴム紐等の紐状
体を挾んでなる簡易マスクの製造方法に関するもので、

く、或いは不織布1゜2側には熱接着性を有しないよう
に形成して、一方ゴム紐6,7に予じめ熱可塑性の樹脂
加工を施し、該ゴム紐6,7の外被をポリプロピレン、
ポリエチレン、塩化ビニール等の熱接着性の合成繊維で
作ったものを使用すれば、不織布1,2に熱接着性が無

材の間を通って横方向に水平移動可能な左右一対の第1
のピンと、前記通気性素材の側部で斜め方向に水平移動
可能で上下動可能な左右一対の第2のピンを備え、前記
第1のピンは前記通気性素材に沿って送られる2本の紐
状体に常に引っ掛かっておりヒートシール装置の上手側
に位置し、前記第2のピンはヒートシール装置の下手側
に位置し、前記ヒートシール装置によって前記2枚の通
気性素材間に紐状体を熱接着させた状態で前記通気性素
材を1ピッチ送り、その状態において前記第2のピンを
紐状体の内側位置から斜め前方に移動させると共に前記
第1のピンを2枚の通気性素材間を通って左右反対側に
移動させて2本の紐状体を綾掛は状に位置させ、この綾
掛は部における通気性素材を紐状体と一体的に熱接着さ
せ、この動作を順次繰り返し前記熱接着された部分でマ
スク状にカットすることを特徴とする簡易マスクの製造
