As the above-mentioned synthetic resin foam sheets, polyolefin resin and polyethylene foams are widely used because they are highly flexible, easy to handle, and have excellent heat insulation performance. There are few suitable adhesives, and chloroprene adhesives are generally used. The chloroprene-based adhesive is an organic solvent-based adhesive, and bonding is performed by applying a liquid adhesive to the adhered material, allowing the organic solvent contained therein to evaporate and drying the surfaces, and then overlapping the surfaces. Since strong adhesion is achieved and the adhesion is completed when the adhesive-coated surfaces are overlapped, it is difficult to shift one side or reattach them after the two sides are overlapped. However, when a polyolefin foam sheet is used as a base material for construction to insulate walls and prevent condensation, a surface material such as wallpaper is pasted over the foam sheet for interior decoration. When pasting wallpaper, etc. on the surface to be pasted, it is necessary to remove wrinkles for a while after overlapping it on the surface to be pasted, to match the pattern with the adjacent wallpaper, to remove air bubbles, etc., by shifting the pasting surface or re pasting parts of the surface. However, in the case of a chloroprene adhesive, as mentioned above, such reattachment is difficult.

When using other adhesives, such as starch adhesives, aqueous adhesives such as acetic acid emulsion adhesives, the above-mentioned reattachment is easy, but the adhesion to polyolefin foams is weak and practical.

The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional method of laminating polyolefin foam sheets and surface materials as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lamination method that has excellent adhesive properties and also allows for corrections such as repositioning during lamination. The gist of the polyolefin foam sheet is to apply a hydrogen adhesive to the surface of the polyolefin foam sheet to which a chloroprene adhesive has been applied in advance to adhere a surface material. The problem lies in the method of laminating the surface material and the surface material.

In addition, the closed-cell foam sheet has excellent heat insulation properties, compression properties, water resistance, water impermeability, etc., so it is suitable as a base material for construction, such as for walls, ceilings, and floors of buildings. Suitable for this purpose. And for such applications, the apparent density is 0.
.. 05 to 0.02y/CC is preferred. Next, the chloroprene-based adhesive refers to an adhesive containing chloroprene as a main component, and conventionally commercially available solvent-type adhesives in which chloroprene is dissolved in an organic solvent can be used. It is also possible to mix appropriate additives into this adhesive. For example, by adding petroleum resin, rosin, etc., the surface on which the adhesive has been applied and dried can be prevented from sticking to other surfaces such as paper. It can prevent unnecessary adhesion.
In addition, the water-based adhesive in the present invention refers to a water-based adhesive that is used as a contact adhesive in a state dissolved or dispersed in water and that develops adhesive strength by drying the water, and in the present invention, a starch-based adhesive or polyvinyl acetate adhesives can be suitably used.

It is also possible to use a mixture of two or more types of water-based adhesives. Examples of the above-mentioned polyvinyl acetate adhesives include vinyl acetate emulsions generally used for paper and wood, and water dispersions of acrylic esters and copolymers with acrylic acid containing 50% by weight or more of vinyl acetate. Examples include liquids, etc.

When attaching the surface material, the water-based adhesive is applied over the surface of the foam sheet to which the chloroprene adhesive has been previously applied, or it is applied to the surface of the surface material to be adhered, or the above-mentioned method is applied. A water-based adhesive is applied, such as by applying it to both sides, and the surface materials are overlapped before the adhesive dries. By adopting this method, while the water-based adhesive has not yet dried, surface materials such as wallpaper can be smoothed out, shifted on the laminated surface to match patterns at borders, etc., or peeled off for re-adhesion. Furthermore, after the water-based adhesive dries, excellent adhesive strength can be obtained on the laminated surface.
The lamination method of the present invention is as described above, and in particular, by using a water-based adhesive in addition to a chloroprene-based adhesive, the surface material can be bonded to the polyolefin-based foam sheet even after the surface material is attached to the polyolefin-based foam sheet. It is easy to move the adhesive position or reapply it to smooth out wrinkles or adjust the position, and furthermore, after the water-based adhesive dries, it becomes a laminate with excellent adhesive strength.

Furthermore, in the method of the present invention, the chloroprene-based adhesive can be applied and dried in advance in a factory with equipment, so it is only necessary to use a water-based adhesive when laminating the surface material. In some cases, the working environment does not deteriorate due to the organic solvents contained in the adhesive. Examples of the present invention will be described below. Example 1 A 10% solution of toluene containing low crystalline chloroprene as a main component was coated on the surface of a polyethylene foam sheet having a density of 0.034y/Cdl and a thickness of 5%, and dried.

For a while after pasting, it was possible to tear off the kraft paper and re-stick it. After the thus obtained laminate was air-dried for a day and night, the kraft paper was firmly adhered to the surface of the foam sheet, and when it was forcibly removed, the material of the foam was destroyed.
