However, polyolefin foams generally have a camellia quality of 4.
Due to the low surface tension, adhesives that have adequate adhesion and can withstand practical use are extremely limited, and chloroprene-based adhesives dissolved in solvents are generally used. In many cases, it is inconvenient to paste the base material in advance from the perspective of pattern matching, so even though it is unfavorable in terms of the working environment due to the toxicity of solvents and the danger to the atmosphere, it is often used in completed buildings. I had no choice but to do the pasting work inside. The attachment method is to apply a chloroprene adhesive to the attachment surfaces of both the base material and the surface material, and after drying, stick them together and stick them together.Although the adhesiveness is high, the surface material It was extremely difficult to correct the delicate position and smooth out wrinkles. In view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present invention eliminates the need to use a chloroprene adhesive at the construction site, and allows the use of a water-based adhesive that is familiar to construction workers at the construction site. To provide a building base material that can easily smooth out wrinkles, the gist of which is a building base material made of a polyolefin foam sheet coated with a chloroprene adhesive on at least one side and a water-based adhesive applied thereon. exists in

Examples of the material for the sheet 1 include homopolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyptadiene, as well as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-propylene rubber,
Examples include copolymers in which one component of the homopolymer accounts for 5% by weight or more, such as styrene-butadiene rubber and acrylonitrile looptadiene rubber. The thickness and apparent density of the sheet 1 are appropriately determined depending on the material of the sheet and the application of construction, but the thickness is 2 to 30 m' and the apparent density is 0.02 to 0.05 mm/ground. is suitable. In addition, if the cell structure of the sheet 1 is open, it is difficult to apply the adhesive described below, and its water permeability will have an unfavorable effect on the base material. Due to its excellent properties, water resistance, water impermeability, etc., it is suitable as a building base material, so closed-cell materials are often used. 2 is a chloroprene adhesive.

The chloroprene adhesive 2 and the water-based adhesive 3 described later are applied to at least one side of the sheet 1, but preferably to both sides of the sheet 1 as shown in FIG. Chloroprene-based adhesives for building base materials are the same as conventional products in that they use a solution type dissolved in toluene, methylene chloride, hexane, ethyl acetate, or a mixture thereof, but they have approximately constant adhesive strength. In order to maintain the properties, it is preferable to use chloroprene rubber with a degree of crystallinity below a medium level and a crystallization rate below a medium level, and the amount applied is 0.
5 to 5 evenings/day is suitable.

In the present invention, the water-based adhesive refers to an adhesive that is used as an adhesive in a state dissolved or dispersed in water and that develops adhesive strength by drying the water. Among them, vinyl acetate adhesives are particularly preferred, and the vinyl acetate adhesives include a copolymer with acrylic acid containing 5% by weight or more of pinyl acetate. Also included are aqueous dispersions and the like. It is also possible to use a mixture of two or more types of water-based adhesives. The amount of water-based adhesive 3 to be applied to the chloroprene-based adhesive 2 is sufficient for 10 to 50 coats (wet), and it is preferable to let it dry and solidify after that, but in some cases, the surface may have a viscous consistency. It is also possible to transport it to the construction site and use it. When attaching the base material of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure to a wall material manufactured by Mokubo Co., Ltd., and then attaching wallpaper as a surface material, first apply a water-based adhesive such as a vinyl acetate adhesive to the wall material or the present invention. The base material of the present invention is applied to a base material, and then the base material of the present invention is pressed onto a wall, and after a certain degree of adhesive strength has developed over time, a water-based adhesive such as a starch-based adhesive or a starch-based adhesive and a vinegar-based adhesive is further applied. After applying the mixture to the base material or wallpaper, lightly adhere the wallpaper to the wall. After that, you can quickly replace the wallpaper, adjust the position, smooth out wrinkles, vent air, etc. to complete the installation. do.

In some cases, no adhesive is applied at all on-site, and the surface of the base material, which has been pre-applied with a water-based adhesive, is wetted with water to activate the water-based adhesive, thereby attaching the base material to a base material such as a wall or floor. It is also possible to adhere or adhere the surface material to the base material. In addition, the base material of the present invention, in which the chloroprene adhesive 2 and the water-based adhesive 3 are coated on only one side of the sheet 1, is coated with wallpaper or the like using a solvent-based adhesive or the like in a well-ventilated factory on the untreated surface. However, the other side can be attached to a wall or the like using a water-based adhesive at the construction site.

When the base material of the present invention is applied to a floor material such as concrete and then to a surface material made of asbestos slate, hardboard, plywood, etc., the process is carried out in the same manner as for the wall material described above. On the other hand, when the surface material is made of wood, In many cases, adjacent surfacing materials are joined together by a so-called real joint consisting of a groove and a groove provided on the side surface, and therefore, the surfacing material can be moved relatively easily while remaining in contact with the base layer. In this respect, when the base material of the present invention is used, it is extremely easy to finely adjust the bonding after the surface material is attached. The construction base of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure and uses a water-based adhesive, so after bonding the surface material to the base, the surface material cannot be replaced or its position corrected until the water-based adhesive dries. If the surface material is paper or the like, wrinkles can be easily smoothed out, air can be removed, etc., and after the water-based adhesive dries, excellent adhesive strength can be obtained on the adhesive surface.

The construction base material of the present invention does not require applying chloroprene-based adhesive to the surface material and the base material at the construction site, so it is preferable in terms of safety and health, and is easy for construction workers to use. It is possible to use water-based adhesives, especially starch-based adhesives, and is preferable from the viewpoint of work management and material management, as it eliminates the need to bring chloroprene-based adhesives containing organic solvents into crowded construction sites.

Example A wall base material made of a polyethylene foam sheet with a thickness of 10 mm and an apparent density of 0.025 mm was installed in a gravure printing machine. A chloroprene adhesive consisting of a % weight solution was applied to both sides of the sheet (15 coats per side), and after drying, a vinyl acetate adhesive with a solid content of 50% was coated on top of the adhesive (15 coats per side, 30 coats per side). /me) and dried with hot air at 8,000 °C.

A mixture of commercially available starch glue 9 (9% by weight) and vinyl acetate adhesive (10% by weight) was applied to a wooden wall in advance, and the adhesive-coated wall base was lightly pressed and allowed to air dry, while The wallpaper, which has been previously coated with a mixture of starch paste and vinyl acetate adhesive, is lightly pressed onto the wall base material attached to the wall. I had to smooth out the wrinkles in the corners of certain areas after peeling it off, but I was able to do both tasks smoothly.
