In addition to making the process more complicated, molding molds are required for both processes, which increases the number of parts and increases costs. In addition, when molding with resin, if the dimensional accuracy of the mold is poor, the resin may damage the molding plate. The problem was that it could get stuck between the mold and the metal mold, leading to a decline in quality. The present invention has been provided to solve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional examples, and one embodiment thereof is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

本発明の実施例を示している。Thereafter, when the upper die 3 and the lower die 4 are brought into close contact with each other under a predetermined pressure, the metal plate 8 is formed by the uneven portions 2 as shown in FIG. 2, and a formed plate 1 having the desired shape is obtained. It will be done.
Thereafter, molten synthetic resin is injected into each space 6 through the resin injection passage 7 and cooled, so that the resin 11 is integrally molded at a predetermined location on the molding plate 1. 3 and 4 are explanatory cross-sectional views for comparing the conventional example and the present invention, showing the base parts of the smoke detector, FIG. 3 is the conventional example, and FIG. 4 is the present invention. An example of this is shown.

ることができる効果を奏する。Further, the cut and raised portion 21 of the molded plate 1 also serves as the metal component 17. As described above, this embodiment eliminates the need for complicated processes such as screw tightening, bonding, and welding. Since the present invention is configured as described above, the metal plate can be formed into a molded plate of a desired shape by interposing the flat metal plate at the joint between the upper mold and the lower mold and pressing the metal plate. In addition, by injecting resin into the space, it is possible to integrally mold the resin into the molding plate, and the sheet metal process and resin molding process can be performed in one process, simplifying the process and making manufacturing easier. In addition, only one set of upper mold and lower mold is required, and the number of parts is 1.
Even if the dimensional accuracy of the joint between the upper and lower molds is somewhat poor, there will be no undesirable gaps between the molding plate and the upper and lower molds. Therefore, during integral molding of the resin, it is possible to prevent the resin from flowing to other parts as much as possible, thereby increasing the accuracy of the finished product.
