Regarding the attached pipe thread supply device, in particular, when feeding the pipe thread through the cylinder, 10 consecutive pressure reduction chambers are formed in the pressure reduction device on a part of the outer periphery of the cylinder,
The pipe thread passage cylinder facing the decompression chamber has a fixed part, a sliding part,
Alternatively, both may be configured to be slidable so that the opening can be temporarily opened, and the thread end of the pipe suctioned into the opening is held by a pipe sliding cylinder to supply the pipe thread. 15

更できるものである。Conventionally, in the case of an automatic winder's pipe supply section or an automatic winder equipped with a magazine device, a means for individually supplying the pipe thread to other pipe processing devices other than the magazine device or the winder has often been used. The ends of the pipe threads are either pulled out in advance or are pulled out after being supplied. Further, in most of these feeding devices, the tube yarn is fed through a circular or non-circular cylinder, so it is desirable that the tube be provided with a means for catching the end of the tube. H5: However, when a pipe yarn is wound up using a general ring spinning machine, the top intercoil wraps tightly from the shoulder to the butt of the pipe yarn, making it extremely difficult to rewind and capture the yarn while it passes through the cylinder. Even if it could be done, it would be an extremely complicated mechanism, and maintenance would be difficult. The inventors of the present invention have invented and separately proposed a device in which the ends of the yarns are free ends when the tube yarns are individually conveyed and fed. In other words, it is an extremely simple device that unwinds the conventional top intercoil to form a free-end yarn, and the amount of yarn coming out of the device is approximately 10 cf.
It is formed to have n free end ends. Therefore, the yarn used in the present invention is one that utilizes a rewinding machine as described above, or another means for forming the yarn into a free-end yarn. A wide variety of means have been proposed in the past for capturing the yarn end of a tube yarn with a suction nozzle.
Most of these require the rotation of the yarn, making the mechanism complicated, and cannot be used at all for the aforementioned yarn supply cylinder. Furthermore, a device has been proposed, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-8410, in which a suction nozzle is fixed in an annular manner around the tube without rotating the tube, and the end of the tube is captured as it passes. This method uses an extremely strong suction airflow, and the end of the yarn cannot be captured unless a strong suction force is applied. In addition, even if these nozzles catch the yarn end, it is difficult to put it into practical use unless it is configured so that it can be gripped reliably and released in a timely manner. The timing becomes important. The present invention has been made with attention to these points, and a decompression chamber connected to a decompression device is provided on a part of the outer periphery of the tube passing cylinder, and one or both of the tube and yarn supply tubes facing the depressurization chamber are slid. By temporarily opening the horizontal, inclined, or zigzag-shaped joint surfaces formed by the end surfaces of each cylinder and using it as a slit to suck the yarn end,
This time, close the slit and clamp the end of the suction thread. In this way, the yarn end is caught and held, and the tube yarn is fed into a predetermined section.
Either the sliding cylinder is operated to open again to release the pinched yarn end, or a crossing yarn cutting device is installed during the supply to cut the crossing yarn, and the pinched yarn end is removed together with the suction airflow when the suction is opened next time. It may be configured so that The present invention will be described below based on the drawings, but the drawings merely show examples and there is no reason to limit the invention to these, and the invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope described below.

くようにしてもよい。Therefore, when the electromagnetic device 22 is energized, the lever 19 moves to the pulley 20.
The sliding cylinder 14 is pushed up against the spring 18 through the spring 18, and when the magnetic excitation is cut off, the end face of the sliding cylinder 14 is joined to the fixed inner cylinder 13 by the spring 18. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, in the lower tube line mooring release device 4, the other pivoted end Ta of the ramp door T is supported by an L lever 10. It is connected to the actuator. Then, the electromagnetic device 9 is magnetically excited based on the command to release the mooring pipe C,
Rotate the L lever 10 counterclockwise to open the trap door T and drop the mooring pipe line C. When the yarn is thrown out, a spring is provided at the pivot portion of the rope door 11 or the pivot portion of the L lever 10 so that the rope door 7 returns to its original position and maintains the position shown in FIG. Note that these thread mooring and releasing devices 4 may be replaced with other means, and may simply be levers protruding into the inner cylinder 3, or may be operated by an air cylinder. Furthermore, although the sliding movement of the sliding tube 14 is shown to be performed by the electromagnetic device 22 and the lever 19, there is no reason to limit it to these. Alternatively, other pneumatic cylinders may be attached to flange 17. FIG. 9 shows another preferred embodiment using an electromagnetic device, in which the electromagnetic coil 2
5 is formed into an annular shape and is fixedly installed inside the outer cylinder 2, and its actuator 26
It is also formed into an annular shape and connected to the flange 17 of the sliding tube 14 by a connecting rod 27. The biasing spring 28 is attached to the flange ring 2 on the sliding tube 14.
9 may be fixed and interposed between it and the retaining ring seat 15. Since the yarn end catching device of the present invention is constructed as described above, the inner cylinder containing the yarn C moored to the yarn anchoring opening 4 slides with the fixed inner cylinder 13, as shown in FIG. A joining line opening 21 with the cylinder 14 is located, and in the space between the opening 21 and the outer cylinder 2, a decompression chamber connected to the decompression pipe 5 is constituted by a retaining ring 12 and a retaining ring seat 15. However, when sliding of the sliding tube 14 is commanded before discharging the yarn as described above, the sliding tube 14 rises as shown in FIG. 7, the joining line opening 21 opens instantaneously, and the A suction air current is formed around C, and the free end E located around the tube thread is sucked into the decompression pipe 5 side through the opening 21. The free end E has a length of about 10 cm, and since the tube C is not rotated, it is held under suction. Therefore, the opening time of the opening 21 is instantaneous, and the opening 21 immediately returns and closes to clamp the free end E as shown in FIG. Next, as described above, the tarp door 7 opens and the moored tube C is dropped Ct and supplied to the destination, but the discharged tube C'0) yarn end is held between the sliding tube 14 and the fixed inner tube 13 and supplied. be done. When the feeding is completed, the pulled-out yarn is guided to, for example, a yarn end holder using another yarn guide device, and the sliding cylinder 14 is operated again to release the pinched yarn end, or a yarn cutting device (not shown) is used. The continuous yarn may be cut by cutting the continuous yarn, and the cut end held in the opening 21 may be removed via the decompression pipe 5 at the next opening. In this way, the present invention configures a reduced pressure chamber on the outer periphery of the yarn anchoring part of the yarn supply cylinder, and configures a part of the yarn supply cylinder that forms the wall of the reduced pressure chamber to be slidable so that it can be opened and closed. As a result, a strong suction air current is temporarily created around the moored pipe thread, and the free end of the pipe thread can be reliably guided to the opening, and this opening is temporarily opened and closed. It has become possible to reliably hold the free end guided from the pipe, making it extremely easy to process the supply pipe thread. In addition, suction and reduced pressure can be processed at low pressure, and since suction is not performed continuously, operating costs are low, and the mechanism is simply constructed, so that it can be used in conventional pipe supply devices. Although the opening 21 is shown as having a horizontal annular shape, it may also be inclined, chevron-shaped, or
Alternatively, it is also possible to cut only the outer cylinder side of the end of the clamped yarn by using the closure of this joining opening, and if necessary, a filter may be provided in the middle of the decompression pipe 5 to remove the cut end. You can also do this.
