These tanks are manufactured in advance at the factory.
Square tray-shaped unit panels as shown in the figure are carried to the site, and the joining edges 10 of the unit panels are joined at the site by bolting or welding, and the resulting bottom wall, side walls, ceiling, etc. are assembled. It is usually configured as follows. By the way, FRP plates, painted steel plates, stainless steel plates, etc. are used as materials for these unit panels, but these have various drawbacks as shown below.

Moreover, painting makes the steel plate susceptible to rust due to peeling due to external impact or bolt tightening, and deterioration due to long-term use, which is undesirable from both strength and hygiene points of view. (→
Since the stainless steel plate unit panel has a problem with the deep drawability of the stainless steel plate, advanced technology is required to provide a joint edge by press forming.

Furthermore, when assembling a tank, the unit panels are welded together on site, but not only does this assembly require skill, but it is also undesirable from a fire safety point of view. Corrosion is likely to occur due to corrosion and volatilization of chlorine added to the water for disinfection and sterilization. In addition, the stainless steel plate used as the material is expensive. The present invention
A reinforced unit panel that was created in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional products and is easy to manufacture, has high strength, and has excellent watertightness, heat resistance, rust prevention, and immortality, and a method for manufacturing the same. The purpose is to provide the following.

As the material, mesh-like metals such as glass fiber nets, cloths or mats, hexagonal wire meshes, metal laths, etc., or plate-like metals are preferable. In addition, when using the plate-shaped metal, it is desirable to provide a large number of claw-like small protrusions or drill a large number of small holes on the plate surface in order to improve adhesion to GRC and mortar. In addition, in order to reinforce the flat plate 1, the central area of the flat plate 1 is connected to the joint edge 2.

Figure 5 shows GR manufactured by an appropriate method such as a spray method.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an uncured green board 6 made of C. First, surplus water from the GRC raw board 6 is appropriately dehydrated by pressing, vacuum suction, or the like. This is to prevent the fillet mortar filled in the corner from flowing during subsequent forming operations, and to give the fillet mortar appropriate hardness to allow deformation. This is also to prevent a decrease in watertightness and strength caused by pores remaining in the reinforced unit panel product. Next, the four corners 6a, . . . of the raw board 6 are cut out, or the four edges 6b, . . . of the raw board 6 are bent in the same direction without notching. The bending angle of each edge 6b, . . . with respect to the plane of the central portion 6c of the raw board 6 is a predetermined angle such as 90 degrees or 135 degrees. In this way, as shown in FIG. 6, a rectangular tray-shaped body 20 is formed in which the flat plate portion 1 and the joint edge portions 2, . . . are integrally formed.
Manufacture. In addition, the dehydration process of the raw board 6 and the tray-shaped body 20
This may be performed simultaneously with the molding step. Next, the flat plate part 1
Fillet mortar 4 with or without inorganic fibers mixed in as described above is applied to all or four corners of the inner boundary line portion 3, . . . formed by the joint edges 2, . Fill and fix. Of course, at this time, the reinforcing member 5 may be placed in the fillet mortar 4 or between the fillet mortar 4 and the boundary line portion 3 of the adjacent joint edge. Finally, the unit panel, in which the demarcation line part 3,... is strengthened by the reinforcing member 5, fillet mortar 4, etc. as described above, is subjected to air curing, underwater curing, steam curing, etc. It is cured and completed according to the method. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the completed product. As described above, the reinforced unit panel according to the present invention is
Since it is made of GRC, it is thin and lightweight, yet has great strength, and has excellent nonflammability, rust prevention, and immortality.

In addition, the reinforced unit panels are easy to manufacture because no welding is required, and no special skill is required, and the resulting unit panels can be manufactured at low prices. In addition, fillet mortar is fixed to the whole of the itch line or to the ridge line part of the adjacent edge to strengthen it from the inside, so a tank assembled using the strengthened unit panel will be able to avoid stress concentrated in the itch line area. can withstand well.
On the other hand, in the reinforced unit panel manufacturing method according to the present invention, since the green board is thoroughly dehydrated in advance, it is easy to form, and since no pores remain in the final product, both strength and watertightness are high. .

Furthermore, fillet mortar for reinforcement is filled into the boundary line part when the unit panel is in an uncured state, and then the unit panel and the fillet mortar are cured and hardened together. It became possible to strengthen the adhesion, increase the strength of the finished unit panel, and also make it possible to improve watertightness.
