青火の底部肉厚を選別筒の他の筒壁部分の厚さより薄く
形成し、その外周面適度の位置すなわち青火から短粒子
を脱落させる位相に軸架したロールが選別筒の内方に向
かつて押圧することにより前記選別筒に設けた青火の底
部のみが内方に向かつて弾性的に変形突出し青火に嵌入
している短粒子を青火外に押出するので目詰まりが絶対
に発生しない。これを要するに、本発明は、これまで粒
子の長・ さによつて選別する青火式選別法の致命的共
通欠陥とされ全く対策のなかつた壺穴の目詰まりを壺穴
の底面を押圧することによつて青火の深さを浅く変形し
嵌入粒子を青火から外して脱落させて青火の目詰まりを
完全に防止できるので、初めて粒長に・ よつて選別す
る青火式選別機の完成に成功したことを顕著な効果とす
るものである。

的に変形突出し、壷穴15の深さを浅く変形し嵌入した
短粒子14を壺穴15から押出し脱落させるので、無理
に壷穴15内に嵌入された短粒子14でも容易に脱出す
るから、常に壷穴15が清掃され、目詰まり生成の危惧
が全く除去され、全く目詰まりの起きない粒長選別機の
完成に成功し、最も困難とされた粒子の長さによる選別
の実施化を初めて名実共に実現させた効果は顕著である
