有すると共に溝付基材3の溝部2と対応する位置に環状
溝6を設けた吸引ロール7で表面シート8を吸引し、表
面シート8を吸引ロールTに沿わせて密着させながら溝
付基材3に貼り合わせ、次いで表面シート8を曲げロー
ル9で溝付基材3の溝部2及び側面位置にて折曲げつつ
押圧して貼付けた後、溝付基材3裏面より溝部2に沿つ
て切断して巾の狭い化粧板を得ることを特徴とする化粧

を極めて容易にまとめて行うことができる化粧板の製造

溝付基材3を送り出しつつ、吸引ロールT表面に吸引密
着させた表面シート8を溝付基材3の表面に押圧させ、

搬送しつつ曲げ作業を行う。曲げロール9で曲げる前に
第11図のように表面シート8を溝付基材3の溝部2の
上方にたるませてあるから、曲げロール9で表面シート
8を溝部2に押圧する際に無理なく押圧することができ
、また、曲げロール9が溝部2内に入り込んで溝部2の
角隅部10に表面シート8を押圧するから溝部2の角隅
部10において接着不良が起ることはないものである。
溝付基材2への表面シート8の接着の後、溝付基材3裏
面より溝部2に沿つて切断して巾の狭い化粧板を得る。
この切断は、第14図aのようにギヤングソ一24を用
いて行なえば、雄実25と雌実26とを有した多数の化
粧板が得られる。本発明の化粧板の製造方法にあつては
上記のように、広巾の基材表面に溝付加工を施して複数
の溝部を設けた溝付基材を形成し、溝付基材の溝部、側
面及び表面に接着剤を塗布し、吸引孔を有すると共に溝
付基材の溝部と対応する位置に環状溝を設けた吸引ロー
ルで表面シートを吸引し、表面シートを吸引ロールに沿
わせて密着させながら溝付基材に貼り合わせるから基材
への多数の溝部を一度に施した溝付基材が得られ、また
、表面シートを溝付基材の溝部の上方にたるませて貼着
することができ、更に、このように表面シートを溝付基
材の溝部の上方にたるませてあるから、曲げロールで表
面シートを溝部に押圧する際に無理なく曲げロールを溝
部内に入れて溝部の角隅部にも表面シートを貼着するこ
とができ、表面シートと溝付基材の角隅部との接着も良
好に行なえ、表面シートは強固に溝付基材に接着されて
