That is, in the present invention, at least one friction disk b3 can be attached and out of five axes rotating in the same direction, four form the four vertices of a quadrilateral, and the other one forms the four vertices of the quadrilateral. A total of two sets of three axes are arranged, each consisting of an axis placed within the quadrilateral and two axes placed at two adjacent vertices. For each set of axes in the axis group, from any one axis, the adjacent axis f is successively clockwise or counterclockwise in a spiral staircase pattern.
Overlapping the friction disks in pairs, and 2
A 5-axis circumscribed friction type consisting of an L unit in which both shaft groups are installed in the same direction as the helical direction of the order of the friction disks in contact with the yarn and the rotating direction of the friction disks as seen from the yarn traveling direction. Set up one temporary twisting machine equipped with one temporary twisting device for each weight,
A heat treatment device for fixing one twist per 1 weight is provided, and the temperature of the heat treatment device is set to be changed alternately for each weight, and the three axes are made into one set in one unit. A total of two yarns, one yarn each, are fed to a total of two shaft groups, and each unit is temporarily twisted while fixing the twist in the one heat treatment device, and the two yarns are temporarily twisted in each unit. This is a method in which 1 yarn of a yarn is combined with 1 yarn that has been pre-twisted in an adjacent weight unit, and wound as substantially one bulky yarn for each weight.

The present invention uses five external friction temporary twisting devices to simultaneously and independently process two yarns as a unit, while alternating the temperature of the twist fixing heat treatment device for each spindle. Then, one of the two yarns temporarily twisted in each weight unit is combined with one of the two yarns temporarily twisted in the adjacent unit, and the It is constructed so that it can be wound as one thread per spindle. It has a feature H5, which produces a filling effect.

First, using a 5-axis circumscribed friction temporary twisting device, one of the two yarns temporarily twisted by each weight unit is combined with the l yarn temporarily twisted by the adjacent weight unit. Regarding method 1, (1) Since the temporary twist of two yarns can be processed simultaneously with one temporary twist machine, there is no need to increase the distance between the weights of the temporary twist machine, and the temporary twist machine can be processed significantly. Compact 1 can be rubbed.

(2)従来方法のように、合糸後の1糸条当り2個 。(2) Two pieces per yarn after doubling, as in the conventional method.

Since it is possible to temporarily twist two yarns with one device (1 unit) without requiring a heat treatment device for fixing the twist and a temporary twisting device, the equipment cost is low and production can be carried out at low cost.

1) As the size increases, the insertion limit number decreases.
For this reason, the crimp of processed yarn with a large fineness must be coarse, but according to the present invention, for example, when two yarns of the same thickness are used, the crimp of the processed yarn is coarse. Since the yarn IJ b5 can be inserted at about half the fineness, excellent crimps of the processed yarn after doubling can be obtained with very fine crimps.

For this reason, when comparing the length of the hot plate and the temperature of the hot plate at a constant value, 75D allows higher speed.

Next, the temperature of the heat treatment equipment was alternately changed once per spindle,
When two yarns are combined using the above method, (1) If the two yarns have the same polymer and fineness, the processed yarn that has been pre-twisted in a high-temperature heat treatment device will be more crimped than the processed yarn that has been pre-twisted at a low temperature. There is a concern about the occurrence of crimp.

Example 2 Same as Example 1, except that the heating direction was changed for each unit and the S twist and Z twist were combined, the single yarns were not intertwined, and the heat treatment device after the yarn combination was not used. A bulky textured yarn was obtained under the same conditions.

1 At least one friction disk can be attached to five axes rotating in the same direction, four of which form the four vertices of a quadrilateral, and the other one located within the quadrilateral. Of the two groups of axes, one set consists of three axes, each consisting of an axis placed within the quadrilateral and two axes placed at two adjacent vertices. In each set of shaft groups, move the friction disks one by one from one shaft to the adjacent shaft group (clockwise or counterclockwise in a spiral staircase pattern).
These overlap, and both sets of shafts are mounted in such a way that the helical direction of the order of the friction disks in contact with the yarn and the rotating direction of the friction disks are in the same direction when viewed from the direction in which the yarn travels. A temporary twisting machine is equipped with a 5-axis external friction temporary twisting device consisting of 1 units for each weight, and a heat treatment device for fixing one twist per 1 weight is installed, and the temperature of the heat treatment device is are set by alternating t for each weight, and in one unit, a total of 2 sets of axes, 1 set consisting of the above 3 axes, are created.
A total of two yarns of each set are fed, and each set is subjected to temporary twisting while fixing the twist in the one heat treatment device, and one of the two yarns subjected to temporary twisting is processed in each unit. A method for producing a bulky textured yarn, which comprises combining the yarn with one yarn temporarily twisted in an adjacent unit of weights, and winding the yarn as one bulky textured yarn per 1 spindle. .
