体部分を単一の部材すなわち白鍵素材によって構成する

って作れば、すべての鍵について反りや捩れ等が生じに
くい鍵を得ることができ、ひいては品質や機能の向上を
図ることができ、また白鍵素材及び黒鍵素材としてスト
レートな角棒を用意すればよいから、残材がなるべく生
じないようにして白鍵素材及び黒鍵素材を作ることがで
き、しかも白鍵画素材として比較的小さなものを用意す
ればよいから、この白鍵画素材を残材によって作ること
も可能になり、従ってこれらの結果残材の発生を極めて
少なくし得、歩留りの大幅な向上を図ることができ、ひ
いてはコストの低減を図ることができまた製造中に鍵を
破損してもこの鍵に対応する鍵を特別に作る必要はなく
、他の鍵素材をそのまま使用することができ、加えて大
型の挽割専用機を必要とせず、従って挽割専用機の小型
化を図ることができ、しかも連続生産も可能となる等の
