When the plate is shielded by a laser beam and irradiated with light by a laser processing machine, the unshielded part of the plate is carbonized and removed, the shielded part is carbonized and removed, and the shielded part is cut into figures or shapes. It is widely known that it remains as a pattern.

。However, for example, the thickness of the plate material that can be engraved by the laser processing machine with normal capacity is 10 to 15 wrm.
Due to the limitations of laser processing, the cost of the processed plate material is extremely high, as well as the laser processing machine itself being expensive. Since engraving takes time and effort, the cost of the processed plate material is also extremely high. From this point of view, the present invention provides a plate material on which a figure or pattern is engraved with a laser processing machine, an electric scroll saw, an electric jigsaw, or an electric engraving machine.
The invention was made with the focus on the fact that if the veneer is cut with a slicer and used as a veneer, the cost will be lower, and since the veneer itself can be curved, its uses will be expanded, such as creating patterns on curved surfaces. If a plate material with a figure or pattern engraved by the laser processing machine or the like is directly cut with a slicer, there is a risk that the figure or pattern will be damaged. inorganic materials,
Alternatively, the filler is filled with a heat-shrinkable resin such as ethylene, styrene, or vinyl chloride, or a mixture of sawdust and a binder, and after the filler has hardened, it is cut using a slicer. The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a veneer from a board material engraved with a figure or pattern, which makes it possible to manufacture a large number of veneers by removing the veneer.

取り上げ説明することにする。An example of the implementation of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, a figure or pattern can be engraved on a board by using the laser processing machine, electric thread saw, electric jigsaw, or electric engraving machine. This method can be applied to items engraved using an electric jigsaw or an electric engraving machine, but here, an example of implementation will be explained using an engraved item using a laser processing machine.

Alternatively, a filler material 4 such as a heat-shrinkable resin such as ethylene, styrene, or vinyl chloride, or a mixture of sawdust and a binder may be filled, and after the filler material 4 is cured, the plate material 2 is cut into a plurality of plates of appropriate thickness using a slicer. After that, if the filler 4 is a heat-shrinkable resin, the filler 4 is heated and shrunk to remove the filler 4 in the void 3, and the filler 4 is cut using a laser processing machine. Thus, a plurality of veneers 6 having exactly the same figure or pattern 1 as originally engraved are formed.

It is desirable that the material has the same physical properties as the woody part, and therefore, in order to make it equal to the woody part, the filled board 2 can be heated and kept warm depending on the properties of the filler 4, and then cut using a slicer. Recommended.

By pasting it on the formed substrate 7, it can be used as a decorative item that takes advantage of the wood grain pattern, and by cutting the veneer 6 relatively thickly, it can also be used as a printing plate. can.

その利とする処大なるものがある。As described above, the present invention fills the void 3 of the plate material 2 with the figure or pattern 1 engraved thereon with the filler material 4, and after the filler material 4 hardens, the plate material 2 is cut into a plurality of thin pieces 5 using a slicer. Since the veneer 6 is formed by cutting the filler material 4 and then removing the filler 4, it is possible to cut the veneer 6 by cutting the filler material 4 to form the veneer 6. By doing so, the cost is reduced, and the veneer 6 can also be used as decoration for furniture, architectural interior materials, etc., patterning on curved surfaces, printing plates, etc. etc., because it is cheaper than conventional products, it has a wider range of uses, etc.
There are great benefits to that.
